Staff was friendly I recommend to everyone location is so good Restaurant special breakfast was very good and the price was really good
Walls thin, heard next door male snoring.
Overpriced bar Noise from very early in the morning. Poor acoustic insulation H
Fairly ordinary restaurant menu and food
The staff were very professional, pleasant and helpful. Convenience to the city. Views from room. Parking was good. Continental breakfast good.
Lack of lift as a mature couple with ailments. Stairs were a problem, but we required a balcony apartment. Apartment door and surround was damaged and needed upgrading. Passageway carpeting needed updating. No toaster in room.
Can we have the chef?
Not enough staff at breakfast time.
Location, Great water view from the room. Quiet room. Nice buffet breakfast.
Close proximity to the town and eateries
Position of accomodation is so close to shopping Center, yet you feel quite removed from it. Great water views, with lots to see on the river, so friendly, very good buffet breakfasts. Recommend Waters Edge for a short stay .
Very friendly staff. Internet
The chair in the room is sagging and needs replacement/repair.
The closeness to town and walking paths and water views.
The hotel atmosphere by the water
The frustration of Internet access by username/ complex password and then finding that server overload prevented web access until 2130 hours.
Our room was right on the river with the small patio looking out onto the pathway
Location was great. Central to all. Views from the room really lovely in the morning when the sun is rising. Breakfast in the dining room was well presented, great variety and views of the pool and courtyard stunning.
I couldn't of asked for anything more. Everything was fine especially for the cheap price we paid.
The location is excellent. The hotel backs onto marvellous views of the water. The staff were polite and friendly.
This is called a gourmet hotel. There was no lift and it was not easy to get cases up the stairs. The wifi is woeful. It drops out, has low power, does not remember you. Each log on to wifi requires a printed docket from reception and re-typing new user ids and passwords. We used about ten such dockets and ended up down loading SMH via our own paid for 3G. They do not have Guinness in their bar. No ice in the room fridge.
The view from our balcony was lovely. The room was clean and well presented and the cost of accommodation reasonable.
We stayed because we attended a function that night. The meal was not worth the money we paid. Presentation horrible, food not hot and they did not have enough Christmas pudding or gravy for the last table despite knowing numbers. I would not recommend eating here to other locals.
Comfy beds, location.
Excellent position and off the main road. Friendly and helpful staff.
location, restaurant and staff.
Shower was either ice cold or scolding hot. positively dangerous.
People of the reception is very very nice and competent.
we can't undertstand why it was soo difficult to be connected whith the WiFI system. A hotel of this class must have a more performing Wifi.
great location, good stopover spot on way north
breakfast special rate good but buffet very ordinary. Ducks in the swimming pool at dusk and over night, then their poop was hosed off the path into the pool the next morning, glad it was too cold to go swimming.
Excellent - had everything I needed for a quick business oriented stay.
Smallish establishment. Happy and attentive staff. Good views. Dinner menu quite good and well cooked.nloved open fire in reception area.
Breakfast. Scrambled eggs oily and unappertising. Bacon so dried out it couldnt be cut with knife.
