Seule la localisation peut justifier de rester dans cet hôtel. Les chambres premier prix sont minuscules, très très mal insonorisées. |

The staff were exceptionally helpful, offering plenty of advice and service. The location is terrific for shopping as everything is in walking or tram distance. Great spot will definitely stay here again when visiting Melbourne and will have no hesitation to recommend it to others. We could hear the toilet and shower in the adjacent rooms. |

The staff were very professional and friendly. When we needed help with trams they were more than happy to advise us.The rooms while very basic were clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. I think that to improve both your service and value for money, visitors should be offered a continental breakfast either in their rooms or maybe elsewhere (eg buffet), for a small extra fee. If this is impossible then maybe providing a toaster and some breakfast basics in the rooms would be a great idea. |

I liked the position of the hotel, being close to the city was a major plus for our trip. The staff were sort of helpful. I dont understand why you wouldn't have a road map of the local areas outside of the city. Our bed was made from 2 single beds put together them covered in sheets, we still ended up rolling into the middle and getting stuck. The room needed a bit of maintainence, in the bathroom their were broken tiles and a hole in the wall near the door. |

The proximity to shopping centre and restaurants. Rooms are beginning to look a bit dated. |

It was central to where I needed to be When I made the reservation there was an option for a smoking room and that's why I chose it. Then I find a charge of $350 applies if you smoke. This is false and misleading representation and quite frankly not good enough.I Certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a smoking room |

It is very well located, to city is just a few minutes' walk. The bed was rather uncomfortable. Parking is another problem as we have to park at QV. |

the staff were friendly and helpfull . the room was really comfortable and ideally located . the bed was super comfortable and i want to by the same brand of pillows you use . some people complained about the lift being too slow and over crowded but people like to complain . it actually brought people into conversation which is not a bad thing . personally i didn t mind waiting life is not a race after all . |

I liked the security of using the room key card to operate the lifts going up to rooms. It was clean and serviced every day. It was handy to trams and trains and all the shops. It was also very handy for places to eat at a reasonable cost. We found it great to walk to the Queen Victoria Markets. The hall ways to the rooms could do with a bit of a spruce up and a better carpet. |
