I enjoyed the interesting building which is unique architecture. I enjoyed the quiet but professional staff, the efficient check-in and attentiveness. I loved the breakfast room, especially the wallpaper and mirrors. As we waited for our car to be delivered, the smell of the neighbouring building's garbage was off outting. |

The location was excellent. Very close to all the tourist attractions and to the cities history.Service was good. |

things were acceptable for what i needed, there was nothing there that made me happy i stayed there rather than some place else. for a "5 star" hotel it was missing quite a bit. no spa, no pool, restuarants were really just bars with some tables. the staff was a bit snooty. everything in the room and hotel are for sale, and pretty much makes you feel like you are sleeping in an ikea catalog. |

Central location. Concierge service was excellent and very helpful. Cosy bar/lounge with good food offerings. Poor and unhelpful reception on arrival at the hotel. Small size of the room. |

Personal freundlich. Queue: Anstehen für das Frühstuück, obwohl das Restaurant nicht voll war."Espresso"-Kaffee nur gegen Aufpreis $ 6.--. Zimmer direkt neben den Lifts. Alte, schmuddelige Teppiche. Keine Quittung bekommen bei der Abreise. Lage. |

Todo , la situación en la ciudad, la recepción , la habitación la suavidad de colchones y almohadas , de primera, la limpieza, la habitación. Creo que no hay nada que no me haya gustado. |

La ubicación es fenomenal, a un paso de Circular Quay, la Opera, los jardines botánicos y en el centro del CBD. Además, aunque el check-in era más tarde, nos dejaron entrar en la habitación a las 10 de la mañana, lo que se agradece tras más de 30 horas de viaje. El personal correcto, aunque a veces algo "despistado", tenias que insistir sobre las cosas que querías, como ejemplo, pedimos un sandwich de jamón y queso al servicio de habitaciones (en perfecto inglés) y nos trajeron una tortilla con jamón ¿¿??, y así con más cosas. |
