The rooms were clean Free wifi Good location Air conditioner very noisy Had to turn off to sleep Noise from other room air conditioners still noisy You could hear what was going on in the adjoining rooms

I liked that when the manager realised I was travelling with my mother and had booked the wrong room, he adjusted the room package without issue and fuss. I didn't ask for an upgrade or to change as it was my error but he offered and arranged it. I also liked the convenience from the road from Sydney The toilet paper...

When selecting choice of motel,the availability of a restaurant at the motel helped me choose this motel,but a restaurant closing at 2pm was no assistance,breakfast was excellent,the adjacent motel restaurant was not up to standard,other eating establishments are a long way from West City Motel.

Close to airport. Reasonably quiet. Comfortable. Lights on veranda outside room were on all night. Cigarette smoker outside our room on veranda - we had to walk through his smoke to get to our room. TV Channels not saved for easy navigation
