Rooms have been updated and were very appealing
Next door were extremely roudy all night on the first night
Having to have the door partially open for fresh air as poor ventilation in the room.
20 minute wait in office on arrival - not attended. Inability to find our booking. Breakfast hutch door banged all night long in a slight breeze. Hairs on bathroom floor. Pillows that are well past their use by date - one lump or two? Misleading information on WiFi access. Noise on driveway in front of the unit on arrival. Sign on Office door stating they were fully booked. Strange - only saw our car plus owners.
Pretty old style, but clean.
No internet due to problems with the router (not provider).
Like being in a timewarp. 1960s decor.
Nowhere to eat in this town after 8:30 pm. Portland has nothing to offer really.
stinky bathroom/toilet. seen better settee in hard rubbish collection. generally not very clean. would not stay there again. electrical fault in bedside lamps, looked like a loose connection.
Everything, especially being so close to CBD.
Handy to city centre.
The fact that all the fish and chip shops, closed by 4.00 p m on a Saturday.
good location reasonably clean
parking bays small for modern cars needs a makeover no hot breakfast on a Sunday
Convenience for what I had planned, easy walk to town center and around town.
Door jammed a bit and required manipulating so people with hand and arm issues would have probs. Heating a bit old and noisy, needed to turn up tv to hear over it, worked well but a up grade to whisper quieter would have been more useful.
All of the above
There wasnt knifes ,forks &plates Car park exit is very narrow
Location and the use of a microwave. Within walking distance of fast food outlets.
They need to check regularly that the pump packs of conditioner, shampoo and body lotion are filled regularly. The room we were in had no conditioner or body lotion. Could a photocopied sign, where the bench for the 'kitchen' is, tell you that the toaster and tea\coffee things are in the cupboard under the T.V.? Many of us do not read the compendium until we have settled in. We were on the bottom floor so during the night could hear people in the room above going to the toilet and the noise of the plumbing.
Beds were clean and comfortable Bathroom clean. Good location for seeing the town
Soul-less. No little extras - bare minimum and I object to being expected to pay $10 per day for wi-fi access.
Maintenance was not up to date. Furnishings were frayed and the carpet in need of cleaning. Bathroom required forensic cleaning. Disoponting.
Nice big clean rooms, near city centre
clean and everything worked
airconditioning too noisy
The space in the room
location, size of the rooms were great, staff friendly,
having to pay for the wi fi the pillows were too soft(personal ), and not enough
