The balcony potentially allowing fresh air overnight. The female concierge was very helpful. The smell of cigarette smoke coming in at all hours of the night through the open balcony door, We had to close the sliding door to the balcony. A staff member constantly smoked at the entrance to the motel & the smoke drifted into reception & the corridors. My mother has advanced lung disease & the cigarette smoke increased her breathing problems.

Comfortable bed and clean sheets. My special request for a ground floor room was met. Nice view of river. Rather tired old building and appointments.

Not happy about the room service . Room didn't it clean during the day no clean linen hot water was not hot not real happy at all especially as it was raining all day and cold .

Friendly staff It's all a bit tatty - holes in the curtains and everything very well worn. There were some offensive smells from somewhere- ?? Perhaps neighbours had fertilised.
