how about adding some WIFI？
On arrival Boone there, had to fork out extra $50 for linen hire, BBQ had no gas, on request no has was.delivered instead of asking us to pick a new bottle and.bring it to the patio ( bout 600 m!) so had to use my own gas. Bed mattress looked like picked from the.side of the.road some 10 years ago and certainly smelled like it. Toilet paper in the pan.on arrival ( had been used) Bathroom door does not.close either. Over all..... Pretty average Never again.
Everything. Just a disaster weekend for.an artificial inflated.peppery price Don't bother going there
The grounds were filled with wildlife.. Kangaroos, birds and we visited during spring so lots of joeys. The boat shed was comfortable and relaxed. The BBQ on the porch was great for a nice dinner. The place was clean and the kitchen stocked reasonably well. I would highly recommend this stay.
There was only 1 frying pan and the toaster was broken. Very minimal problems
great relaxing location. Close to shops and hyams beach. Beautiful scenery to wake up to every morning
Location is fantastic
- Cobwebbie all over - Waking up at 7am to the sound of chainsaws and falling threes 2 days in a row - On the expensive side for what you're getting
We had the 2 bedroom cottage. It was ideal. It was congenial and beautiful. In the morning, we woke up to the most incredible sunrise and bounding kangaroos. The landscape was serene and picturesque. We had a tranquil and relaxed 2 day stay here.
Loved the place.. A real gate away from busy life.
Private and quiet. Cosy and clean. Fully stocked kitchen facilities.
Having to leave
Loved our accomodation - very peaceful.
Beautiful property. Very scenic and tranquil. Only a short drive to beaches, national parks and local towns. Good facilities, comfortable.
No door on the bathroom was a bit awkward. Ants in the bathroom sink.
Not worth what I paid for sure.
The location and serenity of the place which is a great location to be away and be able to completely relax.
The shower where it did not have shower screen since it wets the whole bathroom. However, this is not a major issue.
Beautiful peaceful location surrounded by wonderful Australian wildlife. Really close to the local towns Huskisson, Vincentia and the nearby beaches all within a 10 minute drive. Definitely worth a stay, we totally fell in love with Jervis Bay.
Wasn't completely clean on arrival, felt a bit dusty as in that people hadn't been there for a while and the sofa was a bit uncomfortable.
The facilities were great as was the location and the hut was very It was wonderful to be able to watch the wild life at close quarters.
having to either provide your own bedding and towels or pay to have them provided is a bit steep on top of a pretty hefty tariff. We arrived at about 9.00pm obviously wet and tired having driven through a cloud burst and floods and were told that the nearest food was 4kms away down poorly marked roads. We're elderly, obviously stressed, and a little empathy , a couple of slices of bread would have helped enormously and cost the proprietor little! Instead we had to turn back on the road in storm conditions
Lovely house, lots of space for the children to crawl around, heaps of Kangaroos outside the house.
It was pretty perfect. Past reviews had mentioned the accommodation was on the dirty side but we found this to be untrue. Rooms were lovely, clean and cosy.
Felt the room was too small with no cooking facilities.
The location was amazing, there's no denying that we truly were staying within a nature reserve! I loved waking up to the pretty lake every morning and knowing that so many things were just a 5 minute drive away. Definitely would stay again.
We had one issue with the room and that was the cleanliness of the quilt/sooner cover. Luckily, it was a warm weekend and we didn't need it but it wasn't clean and looked like it hadn't been for a little while!
Lovely, peaceful location. I loved that you could check in and out without even seeing another human (including staff/owners). Very private. Properties are well removed from each other. Close to wonderful locations.
Unfortunately the cabin next to the one we stayed in, although some distance away, had their external night light pointed directly towards us. I suspect this was not the norm, but more the guest's decision to point the light away from their own cabin. It resulted in us having to hang a sheet/towel on our balcony to block the light (and also hindered our star gazing). While we could have said something, we also didn't want to appear unreasonable or create problems because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay anyway. I suspect it was more the result of inconsiderate guests rather than anything to do with management.
Serenity; kangaroos grazing around us; view to pond.
staff checked out cabin when we were out (no issues with this) but left back door unlocked and staff key in front door exposing all our belongings to potential theft. Not good enough.
waking up with a beautiful water view at the end of the bed, kangaroos only metres away, barbecues on the balcony...what's not to like!
make sure you notice that the booking doesn't include bed linen and towels
Location Simplicity BBQing food in the verandah overlooking a lake Feeding ducks
Bird poo on verandah not cleaned Never saw staff
Great location, very peaceful and surrounded by wildlife. The one bed cottage (no 4) was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
Very hands-off service. They could work on a more personal touch.
Nice and quiet location. The hut was great for a couple and had all the facilities we needed.
Was not a fan of the dirt driveway. Took a little longer than expected to get from your hut to the main road.
I loved the view and how secluded it was.
No iron or full length mirror
The location is very relaxing and private. The Eco Hut is a nice escape from the busy city life. The property is just minutes away from the National Park.
It was our third time at the Eco Hut and I was disappointed about the cleanliness and the poor kitchen equipment. The accommodation should include bedlinen and towels.
