Located just 656 feet from the beach, Xanadu Resort offers modern apartments with stunning Gold Coast views. It features 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna and fitness center. Guests have access to the barbecue area, beautiful landscaped grounds and 2 full-sized tennis courts. Free undercover parking can be reserved. Xanadu Gold Coast is a 15-minute walk from the Marina Mirage shopping center. Surfers Paradise is 1.9 mi from the hotel. Golf Coast City Gallery is only a 10-minute drive away.

Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.
