location close to central railway station. Rooms were small but clean and staff were very helpful when we required breakfast earlier than usual time

Rooms very small

Need new tvs signal kept dropping in and out room was clean but the shower cubical was discusting mould black in all corners along all edges wiped washer along edge and it came off brown and black you need to do random inspections to insure this does not happen this was not just a week old amount of mould but had to have been over months of staff not doing there job tell them to clean up there act and take pride in there work people can get and spread disesase this way the grout obviously had not been scrubbed and bleached it had a yellow look to it please do not let them tell you it needs new grout it just needs to be cleaned properly and on a rotation basis so the next person knows buy looking at paperwork it needs to be done again its so importent we stood on towels in the shower because how could we be shaw it was sanitary .

Above this is not a ccomplaint just a freindly sugestion door guy was freindly

The beds were sooooooo comfortable. I'm going home to buy a new bed!!

The location was perfect for the purpose of attending a conference at usyd. The room was small but functional and the breakfast good. The air conditioning was excellent and essential to block out the train noise and the 'cosiness' of the room.

The location was great but very noisey - trains for the rear rooms, traffic for the front rooms. The carpet was very stained and the room not particularly clean. 2 people would really struggle in the room I was in, especially if you needed to close the bathroom's folding door or get into the bed which was against the wall.

the price was fairly reasonable; the location of the hotel itself; Also complimentary breakfast was much appreciated;

The hotel room itself we found to be below standard, there were bugs ALL over the bathroom & toilet facilities (they looked like little cockroaches), the bathroom itself was not clean & also we did not see the point of staff coming in to tidy up & make the beds etc every morning, as when we returned to the hotel room in the afternoons we found that the beds had not actually been made, the sheets had just been pulled up & over the pillows. We could have done this ourselves. They also never emptied our bin, which we assumed would be a standard process of the cleaning staff.

Comfortable, pleasant great value for money.

Location is close to the CBD. Practical, clean, and functional. Does the job!

Trains go past all the time....but the noise was not too bad. Parking is limited, had to park in a nearby street. No cost though, so all was ok.

Close to centre of Sydney and only 10 minutes by train from the airports.

Near the railway line although it did not keep me awake.

We liked the compact clean rooms with all amenities. We liked the simple but good breakfast and use of the room for computer or reading purposes after the breakfast time. We liked the very friendly staff, especially the Manager who was very helpful with out internet questions - and the front desk people.

We liked everything about the hotel.
