Bathroom clean, new fittings. Nice toiletries, good water temperature and pressure in shower. Good choice of breakfast cereals. Modern breakfast area. Close to University of Sydney. Good value for money. Room on the small side. Bathroom door not solid. Trains passing by early in the morning were noisy and disrupted sleep. Pillows hard. No soy milk available at breakfast. Hotel lift made noises and seemed unsafe. |

Location is quite good, 15 minutes easy walking distance from the CBD, option for locked (and safe) parking, reasonably good service for the price. The following is not about "not liking the hotel", but some comments for improvement. I could've imagined a dvd player in our room and an option for hiring dvds' from the reception. Probably extra 2 internet pc can be implement. When I wanted to use the internet, the 1 hour dockets were ran out. It seems that one is quite popular (might be the most popular among other offers), so it might be useful having more 1 hour dockets on board (specially when peak period is coming up). |

I liked the way the bathroom was set up and all the toiletries provided, especially the towels. The bed was very comfortable and the atmosphere made me feel relaxed. There seemed to be no-one on duty at breakfast |

Pleasant Breakfast area, Interent Service, and other useful features for a backpacker or someone on a budget. We had a room where the Double bed was pressed against a wall hence only one way in and out. The bedroom wondow was above the railway line. |

As my plane arrived late it was good that there is 24hr check-in available. Also liked the proximity to the city - a short walk without being right in the middle of the noise at night. |

Convenience to airport. Affordable price. Hot shower was glorious! Good breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillow. TV and electric kettle actually worked (doesn't happen in all places). Air conditioning too noisy for me (but I'm fussy). Too close to noisy railway line, but you can't do anything about that. |

Location, close both to Usyd, train station and CBD. Services and facilities are good in terms of value/money. Room to small, not very clean. Reception not very efficient. Wireless internet strictly limited in time and download size. |

It was close to the city center. It was clean and adequate for my needs. The staff were also helpful. It is close to the main railway line and hence very noisy at times. The twin rooms are also a bit cramped. |

Free breakfast, clean room, clean shower and TV. It was very small for two people. The airport shuttle is not included in the price of the hotel room. |

All of the staff we spoke to were very friendly and polite. The roof top setting was lovely to have a meal or just sit at night. The family rooms are located on bust street side and the traffic noise was not good. |
