we liked the quiteness, clean facilities, good split system and electric blankets... swimming pool and the lay out of the facilities. tight parking at the top of the motel.

Position- close to the grandchildren, close to Mt. Dandenong, which is always beautiful to visit, not far from the city. Nice walk to Lilydale lake.

This was the second time we have stayed at this Motel, we really enjoyed it the first time and so didn't hesitate to book in again on a return visit to Lilydale. My husband, brother and partner and myself were in the area to skydive over the Yarra Valley so it didn't take long to get from the Motel to the Lilydale Airport. We found the owners very friendly and welcoming. I am very fussy when it comes to cleanliness and have actually refused to stay in a couple of places that were not cleaned very well. In saying that I found the rooms at the Lilydale to be very clean and comfortable with modern facilities. In summing up we had a very relaxing time.

room was cleaned out while we were away, welcomed on entry and given a brief overview of areas to visit. Swimming pool was cold, I guess being indoor needs to be temperature controlled especially with winter coming up...

Location was perfect for our needs. Rooms were very comfortable, quiet, everything worked and well appointed. Appreciated the microwave - great idea. Staff were kind and were enjoying their job. Can't think of anything.

I love everything about the place friendly staff nothing is to much trouble child friendly clean great prices its my 2nd stay there my kids love it as they feel like they are on holidays and I can't really afford holidays so being close to home and great prices is perfect

It was clean and well presented, also conveniently located as overnight accommodation for family while attending my daughters wedding at The Vines. The surrounds were lovely and staff were helpful and friendly. There was nothing I didn't like

The Yarra Valley Motel is close to the Lilydale to Warburton Rail Trail. It is close to lots of shops and good restaurants. The motel is in excellent condition with renovated modern bathrooms, good beds, free WiFi and flat screen TV
