The convenience and budget price for inner-city accommodation is quite exceptional. The bathrooms are adequate but could do with a makeover, while a single shower is inadequate at busy times. |

I was a bit worried about the shared bathroom facilities as I had never used one before. Howerever, i was pleasantly surprised that it is very clean, brightly lit and well kept. The rooms are very clean too. It is also good value for money considering its good location as it is within walking distance to the train and tram stations. The Central train station and Paddy's market is only 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. For twin sharing, the space is a little cramp. If you are just staying overnight and don't intend to spend a lot of time in the hotel room, it is pretty all right :) Also, as the bed is quite small, it will be better to book a room with separate single beds if you are sharing it with a friend. |

Good breakfast included in price. Most of the major attrcations were walkable in 20 mins or so. The rooms had a shared bathroom and you could sometimes hear noise from other rooms. |

The location of the hotel is very good, in the centre of Sydney I had a very bad night sleep the first night, the airconditioning in the room did not work. We got an other room for the second night, but no money back. |

Close to "museum" train station, cheap and bathroom was clean Tiny room and very basic, Dirty bed cover, Noisy: could easily hear the neighbours and the road traffic, the pre-booked breakfast is only toast, jam & cereals and the staff was not specially friendly |

Nothing to like if you get a twin room on the 7th floor. You won't get much sleep The phonic isolation was a nightmare. The twin room on the 7th floor was facing the street. I couldn't get much sleep past 4:40 AM. The room wasn't clean but it was of good size. |

The location was wonderful being so close to Hyde park and the city. I was staying on my own and felt very safe there. Staff were very kind and friendly and it was good value. The breakfast deal was good with the $3 upgrade for a cooked one to set you off for the day. |

Easy to book, predictable and effective service, reasonable overall approach, very good location, pleasant ambience generally. I didn't fully realise I was sharing bathroom facilities until I arrived in the room (I know, I should have read the website more carefully). Tea bags didn't include green tea option. Gluten-free breakfast option not identified (I had $3 extra cooke breakfast which was ok, but no gluten-free option within basic price). |
