It is conveniently located, and clean. The staff were helpful on more than one occasion. The internet was not reliable and considerably overpriced considering the utility. Around the corner is an internet cafe which is a fraction of the price, but inconvenient for things like using skype to talk to a spouse/partner just before bed. I would highly recommend to anyone staying here to not use the current internet service. |

The hotel was very conveniently positioned in the city centre. The room rate (inc. breakfast) was very competetive compared to similar hotels in the area. All the facilities expected in a modern hotel were available. |

The convenience to the centre of Sydney and public transport (to the airport), the helpfulness in the staff in trying to sort out my computer, being able to leave our luggage in the luggage store - and lots more! |

Facilities for making tea and coffee in room, as well as a refrigerator. Very clean, daily fresh towels if you want them. |

Much better than previous hotel in Melbourne of similar price/standard. Cleaner, staff more friendly, facilities better, breakfast included. Very noisy one night due to large school party not being kept under control by their staff. Insufficient bathroom facilities for men on a floor. When booking asked for double, confirmation said twin/king. When arrived were given twin asked for king and given one. 2 days later booked in again and told king is a suite - so why even put it on our confirmation. |

Being a Sat night, it was a bit noisy at times throughout the night and early hours of the morning due to the crowds of people coming and going from the clubs across the road from the hotel. However, noise is something one expects in the city, and we come from the bush where the loudest thing we hear at night would be the frogs in our creek or a night cricket... |

Easy to access, seminar facilities were excellent, good price, clean and comfortable. I was surprised at how quiet it was within the hotel. The glass sliding door to the room I stayed in did not fully close which allowed an element of noise from the street which was occasionally disturbing during the night. Otherwise it was great |

surprisingly good: good service, spacious room with ample of possibility to position beds (importance when small kids), clean shared bathroom, excellent location to explore the city - will come back! breakfast time: if possible start earlier (as limitation with flight times) |

It was really centrally located and convenient. The room furnishings were old and bathroom doors where a bit run down and needs attention. But at least there were clean. Staff could friendlier and lacked smiles but they did their job and nothing more. |

Convenient city-centre location, close to park, other places of interest and shops. Reasonable value for money. Decor of rooms and common areas is looking a bit tired. - Could do with a refit. |

The reception is very helpful and cheerful. The inconsistent price of food provided in the resturant. I had bought susage in all the mornings during my stay. It costs AUD1.5 on the first and last day but AUD2 in the second. I asked the cashier why it's different with my first day price and she just told me the price quoted is not up to date. The inconsistent price and the answer of the cashier make me disappointed. |

Hotel was ok for a budget one. Close to the main attractions and areas. There was a terrible musty smell on arrival - on further investigation the laundry room on our floor had been totally ripped out leaving black, stagnant material everywhere. The sheets on the bed had stains on them and so did my towel. There was only one shower in the male toilets which meant a very long wait! |

Initial check in staff were very helpful Other staff were rude & unhelpful. 'Kitchen' facility was just a microwave, barely qwualifies to be described as 'cooking facility'. |
