Value for money, good breakfast included. Central location, good access to bus and train stops. Quiet rooms even when busy.Helpfull staff, will book tours, etc.

The hotel is very well situated at the bottom of Hyde Park. This means that you can start your day by walking through the park rather than on crowded streets. It is also possible to walk down to the Central Station and Oxford Street with its restaurants and shops are round the corner. Breakfast is included, which saves time in the morning.

Well located wrt public transport and CBD. Very convenient for an economical short stay.

Good vale for money. I don't need bells an wesle just a clean bed an bath room that's all. Y hotel has best hot breskfast for Only $5 can't any were esle.

I booked a single room with shared amenities. At the price, I wasn't expecting too much and was pleasantly surprised with the room which had all the necessary requirements - crisp white linen and fluffy white bath towels! Good, clean bathroom facilities (water pressure was very weak though). Excellent location just off Hyde Park. Will definitely return.

Just the poor water pressure for the showers.

The blind fell down, the air con was troublesome, the window slide was makeshift, the shower took so long to run hot, the shower door wouldn't shut. I really like your hotel, was very satisfied with our choice but thought it time for a refurbish.

Location. Manned reception. Breakfast included in price and nutritious. Bed linen and pillows crip and fresh! The bathroom toiletries were fully stocked; shampoo, soap dispensers, toilet paper and paper towels were full.

We arrived between 9 - 10pm. The paper/rubbish bins in the shared bathrooms were overflowing. They were still overflowing when I used the bathroom about 6pm the next morning. It would not take much to empty these a little more regularly. It just looked very untidy!! Just a small point. The same with the recption on arrival. Badly needed a vacuum. Would not have been much effort for the receptionist to run the vacuum around the reception area. An untidy reception leaves a poor first impression.

Nice light rooms with comfy bed and everyting you need in it. Nice breakfast and handy with cafe. Staff were helpful. Location good for someone how doesn't know way around and for anyone in Sydney alone. Will definitley be back and recommend to all.

Convenient to station and city with comfortable, clean rooms and the minimum of fuss and ado.

Location very central, next to Hyde Park, 20 mins walking to Circular Quay. Clean, comfortable and for us most important, available for New Year's Eve (we booked about 10 months before staying there!)

Not much to complain about. The rooms could be a little larger and we didn't have any kind of view. Rather pricey, but then what do you expect on New Year's Eve in Sydney. We stayed 6 nights and were very happy.

Found everything from Booking the room to check in easy and hassle free. Staff were friendly. Share Bathroom was no problem (I did assume this may be a pain). Very convenient location. Price was awesome. Enjoyed Breakfast also
