It was very convenient and good restaurants were handy

The fact that there was a carpark. As we didn't know we needed to book.

The hotel was spacious, fantastic facilities and a great location near the harbour. Everything is within walking distance. A great hotel for a relaxing holiday with ffriends.

We booked this primarily on location and I wanted a view of the dock etc. We liked to have tea/coffee fascilities in our room. Electric blankets.

The linen was only changed after 5 days. For a place like Hobart where there are more cool/cold days in the year the heating in the room was totally inadequate. We were charged for a bottle of water and questioned this as everywhere else this is complimentary. It's not that issue that was unacceptable but the way in which it was dealt with. The receptionist was joined by a man who came from his office to argue, agressively about one bottle of water. What happened to "sorry sir, but it is listed as a charge and I think we should place a clearer notice on the fridge to state this". There are notices all over the room requiring you to wash dishes and so on.!!

Closeness to things I wanted to do. having cooking facilities in apartment .View. Car parking facilities.

I would have liked more toilet soap. Also washing up liquid.

Bathroom wasn't clean, the soaps provided were very poor quality and to small. There was no replacement of towels or room service over the weekend.

The room was very clean & well appointed. Located very close to Constitution Dock & a short walk to Salamanca Place

The bed in our room was a little soft for our liking.

Thought it might have been a bit pricey but then compared with Europe and the USA, pretty much all accommodation in Australia is.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Place looked a little run down with carpet coming up down the hall way and generally paint looked tired. Staff could have been warmer. Mini bar limited.

Love the comfort and facilities particularly its position right on Hobart!s wharf. Definitely value for money

The location of the property is very good, the apartments well appointed and the beds are the best I've ever slept on. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

The convenience of the hotel.

The apartment had a smell of cigarette smoke - this made me sneeze. We'd paid for parking but our spot was taken by someone else. There was only 1 spot left - for a long term resident- but we had to take it. The people at the desk did not seem to care. This was a return visit, after touring for 2 weeks. There was no acknowledgement by staff that this was the case - it would have been really nice if this had happened!

Fantastic location, walking distance to many places we needed to go to Excellent view Layout of the room good with sleeping and living defined Had washing machine and dryer.

Would have liked a coffee plunger. Bathroom exhaust didn't seem very effective.

The spaciousness of the apartment (Domain) and the apparent newness of it - a true Serviced Apartment.

One of our (two) access keys only worked intermittently
