Upgraded to beautiful penthouse apartment.

Location, spacious apartment, comfortable bed

Room handle been properly cleaned, steam from shower sets off the smoke alarm

booked a room with courtyard did not get this very dissapointed only told when we got there

The bed was very uncomfortable. Place looked a little run down with carpet coming up down the hall way and generally paint looked tired. Staff could have been warmer. Mini bar limited.

Proximity to Wharf, Salamanca Markets and views of the wharf

Keys were dodgy, had trouble accessing the lifts

The close proximity to the city and the whole hotels attitude to affordable but stylish accommodation

Love the comfort and facilities particularly its position right on Hobart!s wharf. Definitely value for money

The location of the property is very good, the apartments well appointed and the beds are the best I've ever slept on. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

The convenience of the hotel.

The apartment had a smell of cigarette smoke - this made me sneeze. We'd paid for parking but our spot was taken by someone else. There was only 1 spot left - for a long term resident- but we had to take it. The people at the desk did not seem to care. This was a return visit, after touring for 2 weeks. There was no acknowledgement by staff that this was the case - it would have been really nice if this had happened!

Fantastic location, walking distance to many places we needed to go to Excellent view Layout of the room good with sleeping and living defined Had washing machine and dryer.

Would have liked a coffee plunger. Bathroom exhaust didn't seem very effective.

The spaciousness of the apartment (Domain) and the apparent newness of it - a true Serviced Apartment.

One of our (two) access keys only worked intermittently

Loved the size of the rooms, kitchen, laundry facilities even though we didn't use it. Bed was very comfortable and was nice to have extra pillows.

Lack of a view, the noisy road right beside us and that the café wasn't open Saturday (closed so early we missed it!) or Sunday. Our room keys didn't work two days in a row and we were fortunate that reception was open. (And they were not in contact with a mobile phone)

Good service, resourceful staff willing to share their own interests and insight about Hobart tourism.

Dark inside ground level apartment. No ventilation if window closed due to road noise.

I have stayed here before and it is a nice place in an excellent location and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and helpful. I also liked the welcoming half bottle of wine. Nice touch! Room was spacious.

The badly designed bathroom that had water going everywhere when I showered and no towel racks in the bathroom or laundry section. I am happy to re-use the towel but you do actually need somewhere to hang them! Also surely we are getting to the stage where wi-fi should be included and not fuss with paying this and that to get on.

Location to dining, harbour and city is excellent. Nice outlook over water. Bed was comfy.

Needs a sofa existing seats uncomfortable and not user friendly .

Great location, easy walk to tourist attractions, restaurants etc. Staff helpful and knowlegable re bus timetables etc. Room extremely clean and well appointed, didn't expect to have full kitchenette-you should promote this more on website etc.

Traffic noise in early morning was a little annoying.

Loved its location, right in city. Loved the nightlife at Salamanca made it a treat

The entry to rooms after hours was not explained so was a little confused at first....nil other complaints

On our arrival we were initially checked in to the wrong room by a staff member. We paid our bill the night before as requested as we were leaving early in the morning. We went out for the evening and then were locked out of the building and room as our cards had been deactivated. We had to call secutity to get into the hotel.
