There's only one thing I have to complaint about: guests wake up early in the morning just to get towels to "mark" their palapas on the beach. We went out to the beach about 9 a.m. every morning and there was just a couple of palapas remaining vacant, while the others had towels and stuff all over it but no living person actually on them. The hotel should have some kind of control: it´s very annoying to see almost every palapa taken by the morning but no one actually on the beach until 11-12 am.
Staff is overall very nice, the hotel is very quiet and family-driven, the facilities are in perfect order, the beach is the best in the island (alongside with Baby Beach), the rooms have a small fully-equipped kitchen and you're near everything (there´s a Super Food supermarket in a 5-minute walking distance). There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and we found out, after a couple of days, that the bus is the best way to get around: easy, safe, fast and cheap (just reminding we used the official public transportation company, Arubus).
