The staff of the hotel is fantastic. Since our arrival to the departure they were able to anticipate our needs with a smile. The hotel is also located in the center of the Aruba's nightlife and its best restaurants and the price/quality relation is the best in Aruba. |

dissapointed at first, they put us in the worst room, not at all like they advertised, at first they refused to move us, after we decided to stay elsewhere they had a better room for us. We had a rocky start with the brickell bay but the staff was wonderful and very helpful for the rest of our stay |

staf niet erg vriendelijk en traag. Gaven niet het gevoel iets meer te willen bieden dan alleen een kamer. Een gast voor me bijvoorbeeld moest 10 dollar betalen om zn medicijnen in een koelkast te bewaren. Geen ontbijtfaciliteitOntbijt, voor internet moest je elders een kaart kopen. |

La pase muy bien. En todo momento me atendieron con cariño y me ayudaron en cuanto a recomendaciones de paseo, compras y otras cosas que como turista siempre se necesita ayuda. Saludos a Adriana fue maravillosa y la Sra. de la noche tambien, pero no recuerdo su nombre. Mil gracias En absoluto, todo me pareció perfecto |

Excelente ubicacion, a solo pasos de las mejores playas de la isla, asi como de un bello boulevar donde se encuentran divinos restaurantes y centros comerciales. El personal del hotel es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a satisfacer tus necesidades. Recomiendo habilitar toldos para las sillas del hotel que estan ubicadas en la playa. Considero que por el precio (que igual pienso que es muy bueno) deberian incluir un desayuno. |

su tranquilidad y clima la habitacion no la limpiaron ni cambiaron las toallas en tres dias, el bell boy o botones que se encotraba el dia de la salida no colaboro para montar el equipaje en el taxi y hubo queja de otros huespeds por la misma razon.cuando alguien venia con las maletas el se retiraba de su lugar o sea el lobby. |

El confort de las habitaciones Si, en la relacion precio - valor, deberian de incluir por lo menos un desayuno americano y creo que le daria el valor agregado final en cuanto a relacion precio - valor, hay muchos hoteles que por 116$ la noche te incluyen desayuno y un poco mas |
