I liked the hospitality of the staff and the location of the Hotel. I did not like the fact that online we booked for a superior room and on arrival we received another room,without flat screen, no internet etc, for the same price. Me and my friends felt misled. Room 208 and 209 are NO superior rooms.

the excellent location near Palm beach and several shops en restaurants and the beautiful bar near the swimming pool It was not possible to get a transformer in the hotel so that i could not load my mobile phone. We had to go downtown Oranjestad to buy one.

Staff was very nice andmit's located conveniently to everything in Palm Beach. Also, room was nice and quiet at night. AC and dehumidifier were a bit loud, but necessary.

Even though the hotel is not 5 stars, rooms are luxurious, only have a fridge left. Beach chairs are complimentary but a fee has to be paid to stay under the shadow.

Un poco mas barato que los hoteles frente a la playa , sin embargo esta a unos 150 metros de la playa , o sea funciona perfectamente. Si se quiere gastar un poco menos , pero estar en una buena habitacion , funciona El desayuno no fue nada especial.

I like the place as you are close of everything. We have bad experiences the mantenience of the hotel is not good in fact we got an accident with a roof that fell down un us . We have to pressure so somebody will take care of the situation . The breakfast are all the day a basket of different breads, but they dont make any effort or change even a little. I wont come back.

Like -- good location Suggestion--- maintenance was poor,, when we checked in there was TV but not working at all.the table switch was broken was fixed both after two days The safe was not working We have to tell the maid to swipe the romm after it was made. The beds require mattress and beadspread was poor condition in room no 329 first day we were 4 people Towels were supplied for 2 people,so the fruits were also for one person In sort the car is not given proper to the guests Best location for the price charged

Massively overpriced, airport transfer not organized and not advised, unattractive room (involuntary "upgrade" but unattractive mustard- coloured decor, unadjustable airconditioning, poor cleanliness, particularly in the shower, general condition of the room only adequate). WiFi in public areas didn't work, pool bar not open at advertised times. In general, very poor value for money.

El personal con el que cuentan esta muy capacitado para atender al turista ya que son muy amables, divertidos, siempre están de buen humor y te dan la información completa, de verdad muchas gracias Lamentablemente el desayuno, ya que cuando uno escogía el de pan, solo era con mermelada, no lo incluían en el costo con ingredientes salados ej. Jamón, queso, etc., porque era adicional y había que pagarlo aparte
