Friendly staff. Good location for night life and beach
The breakfast that was included. I felt really sad for the friendly staff because of the quality of the items at breakfast. A continental breakfast could include a hard boiled egg and some (wheat) cereals. We were were also told that the fresh fruit was not delivered.
Location is key. Service is excellent.
The complimentary breakfast needs to be more diversified. Just two options.
The receptionist at the front desk was most excellent. The bed was big and comfy
No towels in the bathroom upon check in. Slight tinge of cigarette smoke in room even with a humidifier. I asked a for a non-smoking room. The a/c rattled loudly impeding a restful night
Location Staff was awesome!
Sometimes room service was too late; we would come back from the beach and the room was not clean yet. But it was no big deal, hotel is very good overall. Too many iguanas around the pool.
Location, room service,pool, bed.
We needed one night between time share weeks and the Brickell Bay was perfect. Great location and very friendly and accommodating. Called us by names every time we went through the lobby.
When we sat by the pool and had lunch we were pestered by the Iguanas. One actually jumped up on my husbands table trying to get his french fries. The help were feeding then fruit before we left and that encourages them to bother anyone that has food.
We missed or cruise and had to fly to Aruba to catch the boat so I needed to fond a place quick and didn't want to spend the 300 per night. Brickell Bay fit that bill. Located across from the beach front hotels and close to all the restaurants it is in great location. It's not the Ritz but the bed was comfy and the ac worked. Staff was very helpful. The pool was nice too even though we chose to walk to the beach which was a 5 minute walk.
The free breakfast sucked but you can walk 50 yards around the corner and have Hardee's. Drink prices were a little high but they are everywhere. Taxes are high on hotels there.
The location, housekeeping staff, overall... a hotel with friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere.
Due to wrong information given by reservation staff and a totally miscommunication between them and the front desk, we were experiencing cash and credit card issues about our payment that is not in our benefit. Advise: please double check your answers you get on your questions at the front desk. Don't expect to much if you got breakfast included since it's really poor served. Every day the same continental breakfast with 2 choices.
only location and the bed
I was really disappointed during my stay. there was a lot of noise from the lift, staff had no replacing room available. The second they they forgot the towels, the lamps were broken and the room was very humid which made the floor slippery. the maid told me not to turn off the air conditioning to prevent this but i don't want the airco running all day. The reception is small and therefore I had to wait very long for a few times.. On top of that the woman at the beach was very rude and there was very little space on the beach. only the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was the same every day...
Everyone was just extremely caring and professional.
Neatness of the premises and friendlyness of personnel
Loud and very old room airconditioning in need for replacement
Bathroom doestn work properly . No hot water and shower doesnt work
The room was good and clean
It doesn't have airport shuttle, wifi is poor, the breakfast included on the room rate is bad
The bed was much better this tine the 1st time i stayed they were a mess ...too old not comfortable at all
No more children allowed :(

From the moment I arrived til I left the staff was awesome. My room was ready as soon as I checked in. It was a deluxe room which was with a king bed and a chaise lounge. There was plenty of room. It was also extremely clean. Housekeeping staff was amazing. The location is also a plus. The hotel is located right in the middle of the high rises which makes it combines to everything. Finally the pool and pool bar are beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel
Can get a little noisy at night since there is a outdoor club next door
Location easy access to beach, shops and restaurants
I didn't like having little kids on he facilities. Hotel advertises "Adults Only". this is why I chose to stay there. This is false advertising
Free wifi worked pretty well. Aruba is an awesome island.
The rusty, loud air con unit. The water on the floor. Walking through other way nicer hotels to get to the beach (where you have to pay extra to lie in the shade). No hot water in my room.
Friendly staff, facilities (pool, bar, restaurant) acceptable and in great conditions. Bed was comfortable. Excellent location for shopping, food and party. For the price is prefect. I will stay again
wifi at room 408 to weak. room 122: TV was not working and Shower floor needs better clean
Don't be surprised about the price changes between the booking process and ckeck-in on the arrival day .Even the hotel manager doesn't care about obvious fraud. One more thing, there might appear some special requests on your confirmation that you didn't even ask for. I'd never recommend this hotel.
Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the bus stop that goes to downtown Oranjestad. Good facilities, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and an outstanding pool area.
Mainly the continental breakfast. It is always the same and basically composed of bread, cake, more bread, a muffin, some grapes, coffee and orange juice. If you want eggs or anything extra, there is a charge for it.
The continental breakfast
The way the hotel accepts the presence of animals like the birds, the iguanas.
The water from the shower spilled easily onto the floor of the bathroom.
The service is great from the momment you arrive. Everyone is polite and respond always with a smile.
Even though I was on vacation, I wanted to keep contact with my family back home. The internet connection was poor, the service was not constant. It was an on/off service.
