Cariña's studio-apartments

Located in a safe Palm Beach neighborhood, and centrally located near the beach and shopping centers. Upon arrival it was very clean with a nicely appointed kitchen. It was very nice to be within walking distance of everything around. Freddie the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us! If you are looking for a jewel of a bargain don't hesitate to book this apartment!

I liked everything about this apartment. The owner / Manager is a real nice person and is always just a phone call away to provide all necessary help. Starting from airport pick up the experience was wonderful and i will definitely recommend this for any one.

the owners Freddy and Conny and all the staff we met were very friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned for their guests comfort and enjoyment. Very good local information was offered which greatly added to our total Aruba experience. The apartments and grounds were kept very clean, we particularly enjoyed the lush greenery and outdoor furniture that was a feature of the common seating area where guests could enjoy the wonderful constant breezes that Aruba is famous for. Swimming, shopping, dining and all the other fun activities on Palm Beach were but a 5 to 10 minute walk away. We also felt very safe here both night and day. We both would return in a heartbeat! Freddy (the owner) is extremely service oriented towards their guests. He helps to book car hire, provide tips on things to see and do on the island, where to eat etc. The apartments have everything you could wish for and is very nice. A private patio is available and with access to own grill that you can borrow. We also like that Carina's was a bit away from the tourist street. If we go to Aruba again we definitely gonna stay on Carina's again. Jonny and Malin - Sweden

Aruba is a little too Americanized and lose a bit of its charm.

Freddy, the owner, is really a person who loves his guests and hospitality. He help us to have a wonderful holidays. Carinas is very well located and if you want to stay only in Palm Beach, you don't need a car. A car will be necessary if you want to know other beaches and places. But Palm Beach is really one of the best places to enjoy. I will come back and try the bungalow.

I would add a telephone in the rooms or even a public one nearby. This would help to book tours around the city. In our case, Freddy booked all we needed.

Everything was great. The owner of the apartments is so nice. He drove us from the airport to the apartment. He gave us a lot of good advices, where to eat, drink, swim, snorkel,... Apartments are almost new, everything is inside, you can live there. It is very clean and very nice equipped. The neighbourhood is safe and very calm. In front of apartment is a little terrace with small "garden". We will definetly come back!

The only only thing, which is not perfect is that apartment is not "on the beach", but for us this was not a problem. The nearest beach is 5 minute walk away, so it is not a problem. The bus station is also very close, so you can easily go to all beaches on the island.

Freddie was more helpful than anyone ever before during my stay. He does airport pick ups and even took me shopping, arranged a rental car, anything I needed or asked for he took care of, incredible!

This is more a suggestion because we like everything: For more privacy, may be a removable separation between the kitchen and the bedroom can be installed.

Apart-Hotel muito bom , tudo muito limpo e organizado, próximo a Palm Beach, principal região para se frequentar a noite. No apart tem conforto e tudo e muito arrumado e planejado, a cozinha e completa e pode economizar quando quiser cozinhar algo. O Sr. Freddy na chegada, explica tudo de forma clara, pena que não fique mais tempo no Hotel para poder explicar um pouco mais sobre a ilha.

Não tem nada que não tenha gostado, única coisa que não tem recepção, então caso queira ver sobre passeios e busque algumas explicações deve-se ir aos grandes hotéis localizados próximo a área, l que não causa nenhum problema.

Exclente ubicacion tanto para playa, centros comerciales, parada de bus, shopping, paseo y distraccion, impecable las instalaciones, muy bien equipado, la atencion del personal y su encargado excelente, muy atentos y amables la ayuda brindada por ellos mismos es muy necesaria para cualquier turista, lo recomiendo 100%!

Os quartos contam com pequena cozinha equipada, varanda, wi fi gratuito. Perto do Shopping Palm Beach Plaza e da praia.

Apesar de perto da orla, vc tem de atravessar uma área de mato e muito escura para chegar. A noite chega a dar medo, porém a cidade parece bem tranquila.

Os apartamentos são ótimos, espaçosos, contam com cozinha equipada, e uma pequena varanda.

A ausência de pessoas para recepcionar os hóspedes na chegada. Não recebemos e-mail que, segundo o dono, enviou para nos avisar do esquema de pegar as chaves no mini cofre na entrada do portão que fica trancado. Não fosse a ajuda do motorista de táxi, teríamos um stress maior para conseguirmos entrar.

Der Betreiber des Appartments ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er unterstützt bei allem, steht mit Antworten auf alle Fragen, die man auf dem Herzen hat zur Seite und betreibt sein Appartment mit ganzem Herzen.

Locatie, prijs, service, netheid van het appartement

Na het boeken, kregen we netjes bericht van de beheerder (Freddy) met wat extra informatie over de accommodatie en de plaats. Tevens de vraag hoe laat hij ons moest op komen halen van het vliegveld. Dit was niet nodig vanwege het hebben van eigen vervoer vanaf het vliegveld. Op de aangegeven tijd stond Freddy al klaar om ons te ontvangen bij het appartement. De locatie, het complex en het appartement waren perfect. Tevens toen we problemen hadden met de huur auto stond Freddy direct voor ons klaar, en heeft hij ons super geholpen. Bij vertrek kregen we zelfs nog een mooi boek over Aruba, omdat hij het zo jammer vond van het probleem met de huur auto (waar hij niets aan kon doen en mee te maken had). Alleen al voor Carina's apartments en Freddy zouden we zo weer teruggaan naar Aruba!

Helemaal niks, het was perfect

Het ontvangst door Freddy Lugo was zeer warm en vriendelijk. De gastheer is zeer behulpzaam en altijd in voor een praatje !Het apartement was goed schoon met een goed werkende airco en volledig ingericht. De volgende keer boek ik zeker weer !!

De douche word niet warm, maar dit schijnt normaal te zijn op het mooie eiland.

De service en de hartelijkheid van de eigenaar. We kregen bij aankomst een up-grade naar de bungalow, die was in één woord fantastisch. Bij aankomst stond er voor ons klaar een fles wijn, + nog 2 kleine flesjes wijn, 2 blikjes cola en 2 flesjes water in de koelkast. De eigenaar komt regelmatig even langs om te vragen of alles goed is. Bracht wat boekjes zodat wij de gefotografeerde vogels en vissen konden opzoeken, gaf veel tips over restaurants etc. Op onze vraag kregen we extra badlakens. De schoonmaak is perfect. Dit is echt een adres om te genieten.
