Great location. Very good facilities. Nice beach. GREAT spa. Very nice and clean all over the hotel. Very bad pool restaurant. Ok minus on the quality of the food, but the service was terrible. A bit pricey for what you get, but it's an expensive place.

The grounds and gym are very nice. Not enough front desk staff, lines... Room was not cleaned well. I feel it is turning into the Holiday Inn Aruba, which is a reason we left that place.

Gostei em primeiro lugar do staff. Embora eles tenham que melhorar muito a recepção pois, quando vc chega parece que vai dar tudo errado pois, o local onde o hospede faz seu check inn é realmente medonho. Fora isto o local, as pessoas que o atendem, a limpeza e o local são maravilhosos. não gostei do local da recepção, deixa muito a desejar para um hotel desse porte.

En general, la estadía resulta agradable y cómoda. La playa es muy buena y el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, rodeado de muy buenos restaurants. Podría mejorarse la parquización y la presentación de las piletas.

Atendimento excepcional, localização fantástica, wifi inclusa, café da manhã excelente, estacionamento grátis e late check out sem cobrança adicional. O preço é alto, mas não foge dos preços da região. Recomendo fazer a reserva com café-da-manhã incluso, porque para pagar avulso fica us$45,00 por casal.

proximidade da praia, quarto confortável, hotel tranquilo e com excelente localização, bem próximo dos bons lugares noturnos. as cadeiras de praia são pagas e devem ser reservadas antecipadamente, a recepção não é muito treinada para satisfazer o hóspede, serviço do bar da praia lento e ineficaz.

Fantastiskt poolområde direkt på stranden. Bekväma moderna rum med allt man behöver. Ett extra plus för väl funktionerande air-con. Förstklassig frukostbuffe och god mat och bra service i strandrestaurangen. Bra spabehandlingar med duktig och trevlig personal. Vi är mycket nöjda med hela vistelsen och åker gärna tillbaks. För familjer med barn borde det finnas en poolavdelning med vattenrutschbana etc. En swim up bar är även något man förväntar sig i Karibien. Jämför med grannhotellet Hyatt. Entrén och lobbyn är lite mörk, opersonlig och tråkig, ingen direkt välkomnande känsla.

Прекрасное месторасположение - пожалуй самый лучший пляж на Палм бич - широкий пригостинничный, палапасы на брони платной/бесплатной, обслуживание на пляже довольно оперативное, на плаже есть вай фай-)) номера просторные с балконом и шикарным видом из делюкса ocean view, центр туристических ресторанов и променада, удобные кровати, хорошее обслуживание в номерах, все на приличном уровне . Завтрак вполне приличный, все как везде+ свежий апельсиновый сок. Красивые бассейны и попугаи по всей территории - разноцветные - красивые-). Напротив отела Hard Rock с отличными коктейлями, из ресторанов - Pelikan - метров 500 по пляжу вправо - потрясающий закат и нежнейший ред снаппер. Бесплатный приличный вай фай -даже фильм за часа три закачивали. Мы жили в Бонэйре - сьюты на пару метров меньше -но вид с балкона - несравненно лучше. и почти везде новые матрасы - при нас меняли все на новые-) Чек ин - без комментов, при бронировании через букинг нам предоставили самый худший из вариантов их номеров, пришлось полтора часа смотреть другие номера и только на следующий день предоставили то , за что действительно хочется заплатить 800 долл/сутки. Пляж - минус что в левой зоне перед морем ставят дополнительные зонтики для круизных - пляжи все муниципальные - так что идите вправо. Ремонт был в 2012. но не ожидайте всего нового - в большинстве место просто покрашено заново-)
