Really The location is perfect, lots of restaurants near by, You dont need to have a car. The beach is amazing, confortable rooms, very nice pool. Open spaces to walk and pretty birds to see, it is Our second time in this hotel this year and we think is a very good choice
The Only thing that is "uncomfortable" is The line You have to do in The afternoon to reserve a place in The beach for The following day, but it didnt matter that much ;) i Still recomend The radisson to every friend
Everything. Location wise it is right in front of several restaurants and gelato. It has great views 2 pools and perfect beach area. Rooms are kept up well and are good in size. Always had hot water. The beach was never crowned was a big plus. 5 stars in my book
You have to try and get a beach cabana starting at 4pm the day before for it to be free. If not then the good part is you can pay $25 and get one right in front of the water. That said we didn't pay and we're able to find one every day of our stay. So not really a negative but more of a fyi
The Hotel location and Grounds are fantastic. Very Clean Rooms and Accommodations...Beach of course is amazing.. located walking distance to some great restaurants and Great Bar on the pier. The only bad experience was some of the overnight and 2nd shift staff were not familiar with the facility or surrounding area...but that is a management issue which I could look past on our next visit because I know the layout of hotel and familiar with the accommodations. We will Definitely Return to this hotel on our next visit to Aruba.
Everything was Fantastic. Except that after 1 am on a Friday I couldn't get any food or drink, not even a bottle of water. Oh, the front desk did offer me some graham crackers, lol. But Next time we return to this Great Hotel I will make sure we have our own supply of snacks...besides that All was Great!!
The green sorroundings (which was well kept) and the fact that there were not very high buildings, we had partial ocean view and that was nice. The system for reservation of sunbeds etc was also good and fair.
Expensive breakfast - and this was the only option if you wanted some healthy choices like yoghurt, cerials and fruit... That said, it was a good breakfast with several options
Hotel is outdated and overpriced
Value was great. Beach was better than most other neighboring properties. Carolyn at the pool bar made us feel like royalty!
Too many New Yorkers.
Everything was wonderful about our trip! The hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help us with anything. Our hotel room was always clean and very large. We ate away from the hotel for most meals but had lunch a Gilligans near the beach often. The food there was always delicious and fresh. The beach was the best that we saw during our visit. The staff at the hotel really go out of their way to accommodate you! We would go back again and stay at the Radisson!
Honestly everything was over and above what we expected!
Beach Food Drinks Location
Initial room given
The only thing of "negative note" regarding our week long stay was the hotel food. The food from all restaurants and room service, excluding the sunset grille, ranged from unpalatable to passable.
Just about everything
Room was a bit noisy
Overall experience was excellent
We love the layout of the resort and location on the beach. This was our 5th year to Aruba and we've always stayed at The Radisson!
The location was nice, always a can available to take you anywhere. The facilities were well kept. The staff was pleasant for the most part. I felt very safe traveling throughout the resort at all hours alone and at night. It was quiet and relaxing. Loved the wildlife(iguanas, gekkos, birds). The casino was a good time and nicely set up and staffed.
I think that my room, mainly the location was the majority of my dismay with the trip. The building itself, the Bonaire tower was nice. However we were on the basement floor and it felt like the basement floor. We had spotty internet in our room due to the location, which was not the end of the world. I don't know if the walls were thin or if our neighboring family was THAT loud. Children crying and yelling an their parents in turned yelled at them, all before 8. We understand that these situations do happen, but it did damper our honeymoon, starting most mornings off to a bad tune. However our biggest cause for frustration was our housekeeping staff. We were out by 10 am every morning and would come back at 3-4 to find our room undone. We had 2-3 days where house keeping simply didn't show up. Then our last day we propped our door and waited for the bellhop to take our bags and house keeping popped in 2x in 10 minutes to see if we were still there. The majority of our "cons" to this trip was related to the exact location of our room. The other thing that I was mildly disappointed with was the lack of food options, specifically for lunch. However, this sorted itself out because there are a variety of options across the street.
Como si fuera en el paraíso
El desayuno no incluido
We very much liked the property and the layout. This is our second time to stay at the Raddison and we would most definitely stay again. Great Atmosphere and everything is very easy to get too.
Need to update the Casino but other than that. ALL is Great.
Loved the location and the landscaping of the Radisson. Made it felt like a real escape and not just another hotel. Food was great - loved that they had gluten-free options!!!
Front desk was a little slow and there was no much communication about what they were hosting (weekly events) but otherwise it was great.
Excellent location. Great beach where there's always a hut for you. Great atmosphere all day.
All the staff was so kind and helpfull
I requested (and paid) for a king bed room with ocean view, when we arrive they told us that we have to choose or a room with ocean view and two small beds or a king size room without the ocean view, because they dont have the room that I asked for, off course they dont return the money either, We had to stay in two separates beds, thats not what I paid for.
The atmosphere was so welcoming and enjoyable. Excellent room decor and building in general was well design and perfectly layed out so you enjoy every quality Aruba has to offer, a great beach, lovely vegetation, the caribbean breaze..
Location, beach, layout, gardens. Very good options for food and entertanment right outside the gates
Food quality on the beach and at dinner is better elsewhere
