Near the beach and shopping
Dirty bath and floor and way too expensive
THE POOL AREA. RESTAURANT FOOD WAS GOOD. THE BAR WAS GOOD.
TO MUCH NOISE. I HARLY DID HAVE ANY SLEEP. NEXT DOOR THE MUSIC WAS GOING ALNIGHT LONG TILL 7.A.M.
super friendly staff delicious meals at the restaurant
the matrass was hard
The grounds were quite nice and kept clean. The staff were very accommodating.
The beds were uncomfortable. The kitchen area and bathroom had a lot of water damaged tiles on the ceiling. The bathtub was in very bad shape. There was a distinct smell of mold in the room. The room we were in needs a makeover.
The breakfast all included. The staff was nice. Clean. Near the beach but not in front. The only shuttle they have is to leave you near the beach. But it was ok.
The worst: the wifi connection. The check inn too slowly. 1 h even prepaid. The bed too hard with no confort. No shuttle to the airport or downtown. The worst the wifi connection and desinformation about that. Very bad wifi.
Poor internet, old facilities, room furnitures, pillows, bed, linens, etc... "Too old"
The hotel is located very close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants.
Not much. Swimming pool was fairly small for the amount of people.
The wifi doesn't work well
Large bath tub in rooms
No wifi in rooms ice machines are very far and very loud music on weekends from nearby club
Getting around the complex was confusing, especially for a low vision person, but staff tried to help.
Parasailing Jeep ride to the natural pool with de Palm tours - awesome
The room was dated, kitchen required some attention. Rooms were noisy. Could follow next door conversation.
the was freezing, could not control air conditioner.
had to wait for an hour to check out. Cold room organisation not good very high rates for late check out
My husband and I extended our stay in Aruba by 3 days and ended up choosing The MIll Resorts from Bookings.com. Satff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Located at the beginning of the high rise area so you are able to walk to all. We are definitely going to go back next year!
The hotel did not provide face towels and floor every day. One day we got a bath towel with stains. Only after seven hours and four trade requests, got clean towels. The bed is very hard. The breakfast is very expensive ($ 35.00 per person). The air conditioning has to stay connected 24 hours a day and the balcony door can not be opened.
Room was very good for the price
Staff was kinda rude!
No WI FI in room!
No hot water
Rooms are very confortable, clean and the best location give you the best value for your money.
Definitely affordable and really nice pool area.....
hte only thing is it was not on the beach..
Location is close to all shops, eateries and hotel casinos.
On weekends, The Mill allows local Aruban families to rent empty rooms....CHEAP! They party all hours of the night with noisy children and music/TV blaring. They leave doors wide open, take up of all parking areas and this annoys repeat customers that pay full price for rooms.
I had a room with a view on the pool and that was excellent. I also loved the jacuzzi in the room. Housekeeping staff is very friendly and helpful.
To many iguanas in pool area. The breakfast servers need to smile a little. They do not make you feel welcome. The front desk agent are too often on the phone, probably helping other guests I guess, and the guest at the desk has to wait. They even pick up the phone while helping you. You should get a telephone operator. Your wifi is really bad. I bought a wifi card and could not get connected. Neither front desk nor the minimarket where I bought the card could help me. They simply send me to Setar. After Setar input the card for me I still could not get the internet so I lost my $10.00 and has to use my internet from home. Staff should be better informed. Also at the concierge desk.
