Value for the price, close to the restaurants, nice and clean room

I paid our stay upon arrival. When we left, they said I still had to pay $45,=. When I asked why, they couldn't explain. We didn't use beverages or anything. When I complained, the guy at the reception told me it was okay and there was nothing left to be paid. Last week I checked my creditcarddetails, and they charged my creditcard for $45,=! They did not reply my emails. I finally got the money back, thanks to my creditcardcompany.

I booked a juniorroom with 2 doublebeds, terrace or balcony but got, without being informed, a studio with 1 doublebed, no terrace or balcony. When I told the staff they said it was an upgrade (?!) since it was a renovated studio. I complained, but they told me they couldn't give us another room. They put 2 singlebeds in the room. First they refused us to refund us the difference in price, offered us free breakfast or free barbeque, which was far cheaper ofcourse than the difference. Finally they paid us back the difference, no excuses, nothing.

The pool area was nice.

The staff at the reception had really poor service skills and were ignorent.

The room was damp and cold. The floors were too cold to stand on and water dripped off the ceiling on to our bed all night. There was not enough hot water to fill the whirlpool tub we had paid extra for. They refused to give us a different room. We checked out after one horrible night. Almost ruined our vacation.

The staff is not very kindly. The rooms are not clean enough.

I liked its location, the room are quite large, and the another guests are not so " americans" like in the big ones hotels

Well, perphaps the very bad service is because on Aruba, in almost all the places, local people seens do not like turists, especially south americans tourists. Bad staff service and attituds were the worst I have had in my life. For instance, they never knew when people from car rental companies are supposed to be on their places on hotel. Also they are so, so much concerned about if we were going to make something wrong (as take towers from then, for instance) In resume, I do not recommend this hotel (in truth this place)

I liked the fact that it was somewhat close to the Palm Beach commercial area and I could go there on foot in 10 min.

The staff was unprofessional and extremely slow. The new guest "pack" was too much staff and unnecessary. The mattress was too soft. The shower floor needed repairing. It was noisy because the room was next to the pool with kids screaming. To get a beach towel you had to give them a special card. Everything was complicated. For my vacation, I want a simple, easy, clean, quiet and professional environment.

El respeto en la hora nocturna. la musica de entretenimiento es hasta una hora considerada.

el hotel es muy bonito, pero sobre todo lo que mas me llama la atencion es lo excelente que me trataron sus empleados, muy respetuoso, excelente hotel, buena musica, buena comida, buena ubicacion. un hotel que recomiendo en ARUBA.

En la reserva a través de Booking me habían prometido un jacuzzi y este no fue otorgado en la habitación que nos correspondió

Deberían mejorar los baños de las habitaciones. Es lo único incómodo que tiene el resort

Localização, tamanho do quarto / cama e presença de cozinha no quarto o que facilita o hóspede caso não queira pagar pelo café da manhã.

A internet é paga o que deveria ser uma facilidade gratuita atualmente e depois de paga não funcionou no quarto. Tivemos que ficar na recepção para usar.

Realmente una gran capacidad de servicio.

Deben tener show nocturnos. Hay personas que no solo buscan esparcimiento. Tambien buscan show o persentaciones.

La ubicación es muy buena a 500 mts de la zona comercial de Palm beach y con fácil acceso a la playa en la parte posterior de otros hotel como el HolidayInn y/o el radisson. Desde el hotel y si se cuenta con coche (en el hotel esta Avis y al menos otro renta car) puedes llegar fácilmente a cualquier parte de la isla, eagle beach queda a menos de 3Kms, perfecto para un día de playa o cenar en cualquiera de sus restaurantes. La habitación es cómoda sin ser generosa, justo un tres estrellas. Hay un bar justo al lado del hotel, El Molino, que suple cualquier necesidad de algo de música y una buena cerveza (su vida no inicia antes de las 11pm, las 2am esta bien)

Hay que estar preparado para un checkin de almenos una hora. El personal en el desk no tiene entrenamiento en cultura de servicio, son poco colaboradores y no entienden muy bien lo que se les pregunta (no se confunda, parecen entender español pero si son locales es posible usted los vea asentir con la cabeza pero en realidad no entienden) le recomiendo re-confirme todo en español e inglés. Los productos en la cocina son limitados (lo mejor es buscar desde el desayuno hasta la cena) El manejo que dan a las tarjetas de crédito es algo particular y "riesgoso", copian el número de la tarjeta de crédito en el boucher comprobante de pago con fecha de vencimiento (para que pueden requerirlo si ya la transacción electrónica fue aprobada?). La ducha es muy pequeña y no existía accesorio para avisar "No molestar". Es un hotel de combate, un tres estrellas regular. Lo pensaría antes de regresar. Pagaría $20-$30 mas por noche y seguro encontraría algo mejor.

Excelente ubicación, cómodo, limpio, habitaciones confortables y ambiente tranquilo para el descanso!! Lo recomiendo.
