Nurana at the reception and Kamal the Manager are amazing and very helpful ladies. On the whole it is a very average hotel. They ask you to speak russian after Nurana leaves for home. If you know only english you wont be able to communicate it to them because a very few people understand it.

Нам с супругой понравился персонал! Очень вежливые, отзывчивые люди. И вообще, нам весьма симпатичны все азербайджанцы, с которыми мы общались. За это им большое спасибо! 1. В номерах со стороны моря (по крайней мере на 3 этаже) спать категорически не комфортно из-за постоянного лая собак и громких звуков музыки, раздающейся из останавливающихся или проезжающих автомашин. 2. Техническое оснащение номеров давно требует обновления. Оно устарело морально и физически. Так, в двух номерах из трех, в которых мы проживали, либо не горели некоторые лампочки, либо протекали душевые кабинки. Практически во всех номерах двери душевых кабинок закрывались с трудом. Результатом этого явилось то, что в номере 373 (не помню точно) рухнула и разбилась половина двери в момент, когда я находился в кабине. Травмы не произошло по счастливой случайности! В номере, куда нас переселили после этого, настольная лампа оказалась с оголенным проводом, в следствии чего меня ударило электрическим током. Я перенес ее в ту комнату, где грохнулась дверка и взял лампочку от туда. Рабочий, который находился там в это время может подтвердить мои слова. 3. На втором этаже при выходе в сторону ресторана и первом этаже при входе во вполне современное помещение с барной стойкой, меленькие не отмеченные порожки, на которых споткнулись несколько человек. Для меня это кончилось сильным ушибом с гематомой правой руки (Томара может это подтвердить). Сейчас я лечусь в Москве. 4. Отсутствие каких-либо киосков, например, аптечного, не может быть оправдано закрытием сезона! Нет врачебного кабинета с постоянно находящимся там медработником. Это игра с рисками! 5. Ну и последнее - во всех трех номерах, в которых нам пришлось пожить, старые покрытия полов и несвежий вид стен и мебели.

предоставленные услуги соответствовали цене, в общем сложилось хорошее впечатление об отеле. больших притензий нет. чистота и гигиеническое состояние плавательных бассейнов оставляет желать лучшего.

отличное побережье, хороший бассейн и горки отсутствие нормального питания. в ресторанах и барах цены дороже чем в баку, качество ниже среднего. Выйти за пределы отеля везде помойка((

The Reception desk was helpful and the breakfast was good. Some of the staff was friendly and helpful others was rude and not helpful. The children's room was good except it was hot. It was in a good location to the sea. The beach was good. The pools was not in good conditions. The tiles was falling apart in the bottom. The walkway around the pool was very poor and people was cutting themselves on it. The restaurants were not good. Every time I order food the price was different than what the menu said and they never would give me a bill. The food was average food but very expensive price. Basic essentials like water was very expensive. The room was not in very good condition. Things were falling apart and the shower didn't work very good. For a 4 star hotel I was very disappointed by the service in the restaurants and the quality of the room.

The one thing which I liked was the sea and the beach in the Hotel. We travelled at September and we do not have any problem in finding sunbeds room - very primitive furniture in room and on the balcony, dirty windows, old air conditioners. Our room was with Sea view it was nice, but during all nights we hear barking of the dogs from neighbor buildings. It was not really funny Food – breakfast was good. Nice and good food. In the evenings they have just limited number of warm food which you can order. Nevertheless, staff in the restaurant was very nice and every time cooked something for our small child. Beach – I could say that it was the best beach in Novkhany )).
