Friendly staff and good location. The room we stayed in was poorly furnished and dismal. A twin room was booked (well in advance) and yet we were given a double. I cannot fault the staff but this is NOT a boutique hotel by any stretch of the imagination. The dining room is unattractive and I could not see myself eating there, other than to have breakfast.

Excellent location for visiting the city - in the middle of everything you need to see in Baku, and also close to Metro station. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Отличное месторасположение, персонал радушный, всячески помогли найти машину с водителям и вообще все для клиента, завтрак хоть до 12 часов Номера не слишком чистые, за 3 ночи постельное белье и полотенца ни разу не поменяли, номер практически не убирали. Бизнес по советски в крови у владелицы отеля))

Удачно расположен, вокруг старый город и все рядом. Домашний отель, добродушно Зимой холодно, все время гудел кондиционер на обогрев. Завтрак посредственный. Уезжал на день раньше, сняли денег за все - штраф. Не очень чисто.

очень приветливый и внимательный персонал. доброжелательные, искренние и отзывчивые люди. в отеле просторные и хорошо меблированные номера, свежий ремонт и уютная атмосфера. из окон номеров открывается великолепный вид на парк и стены старого города ичери-шехер. кормят вкусным завтраком.

The staff were nice. This hotel is actually a huge mess: When we arrived, we were told that the hotel is already fully booked (what the hell?) and were transferred to a nearby hotel "Azeri hotel". The room was not good - the shower was broken, the door would barely lock, we got no toilet paper or soap/shampoo, etc. Nothing worked (tv, air-conditioning, the wi-fi was really bad, etc. Other than the location, I would not go to this hotel!!! I would move to another one if I hadn't ordered a week in advance.

For a budget hotel, the deal was ok for the city of Baku. Hotel staff were good, always happy to help, I would say the service was even excellent. Breakfast was not suitable, they should not adverstise that they serve Azeri breakfast, because they dont. The decor in the room was old. Shower needs definitely remodeling.
