Fantastic gem of a hotel. Rooms were spacious, very tastefully designed and just a pleasure to stay in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant and bar on the rooftop providing great views with fine dinning experience. Will definitely be going back.

Excursion prices were really high. Rooftop bar was shut, but understand it was out of season. Breakfast was poor compared to dinner

The location is awesome. It's right in the old city, some 10-15 meters away from the Maiden tower. The restaurant on the roof offers good meals and superior view over the old city and Caspian sea.

The room #1 has a view to inner yard, which is some 15 sq m meeting room in fact. So no need in windows as they were all the time curtained.

Breakfast buffet. I prefer to see more local specialties, good quality rather than some cakes from supermarket that you can get all around the world

It's the best location you can find, right inside the old city but not more than 100 mts from the boulevard that is along the coast. The restaurant on the top is very good. The rooms are spacious and very nice. I absolutely recommend this hotel!

location was perfect!

there was no tea or coffee facility . they didn't change sheets in our stay period ( we stayed there for 2 nights and based on 5star hotels standard , it was a must to change sheets daily). Staffs were nagging when we asked for new towels! Breakfast was not 5star.

The staff were very friendly and cooperative. The rooms are super nice and clean .Brekfast were good... The location is also nice, in old part of the city. Oh and one more thing... You get free wi-fi

The staffs there are all very professional and friendly. The breakfasts provided are of very high quality. The room is spacious, well decorated with style. No parking is available and it may be the only reason why the hotel cannot get highest score in every aspects. Overall speaking, the services provided by the hotel is nearly perfect and I really enjoyed by stay there!!

Room size, friendly staff, location.

Maybe this was temporary problem, heating system didn't work well. It looked working but room was not warm enough. Breakfast could be a bit better, but still ok. And there could be a light on top of mirror in bathroom for those who need to shave everyday like me :)

Rooms had a lovely ambience. Facilities provided comfort and quality. The location was excellent. The breakfast was great.

We had to leave the hotel and 3 hours wait our flight at the street cafe because the late check out was impossible

Very friendly staff. Old town city center, would stay in this hotel again without any doubts. I came before check in, guys did not charge me anything (correspond in advance), even invited me to breakfast, right Asian hospitality!

A bit old bath coat, did not have any time to let the front desk know, but I'm sure they would give me a better one if I asked them...

The location of hotel is great for those who really want to learn about azarbaidjani culture .

I thought there is a spa and a Hubble-bubble room , but when I asked reception , they denied !!!

It is very cosy hotel. Good design, warm welcome. Very close to the "maiden tower". Inside the "Old city".

It will be very good if they make more choice for breakfast.

Maybe not fully a 5 star hotel. Room somewhat noisy due to all the running airconditioning units opposite the narrow streets. Bathroom not well lit.

Очень приветливый персонал, мы приехали в 6 утра, но нас пожалели и заселили раньше. Большое спасибо еще раз!! Очень приветливые и отзывчивые. Интересный дизайн номеров, отличный вид с ресторана и очень вкусные завтраки. Еще у отеля чудное месторасположение- до всех мест рукой подать. Всем очень рекоммедую!

Тонкие стены, слышно как люди ходят и что говорят рядом с номером. Если номер с окнами во двор, то окна выходят на проходную залу и шторы точно не открыть
