    Nice riverside location

Rude, unhelpful staff Our room was more like a hostel/bunk room rather than a hotel Pool is not really part of the hotel, but is actually a "sports centre" across the road

Swimming pool, view of the river and mountains from balcony, restaurant on premises with complimentary breakfast, our apartment was wonderful! Also, perfect location near but not in the bustle of Mostar, so parking and quiet was a plus for us.

Bathtub leaked, air conditioning in one bedroom didn't work, and no one ever came to change garbage or provide TP in bathrooms or clean towels. had the wrong GPS coordinates/ address. We drove through Mostar and around it for 1 1/2 hrs. Trying to find it. Local Mostar residents had to tell us where to go instead.
