Hotel pas du tout propre . la sale de bain n'avais meme pas ete faite . trasse de savon sur le lavabo . La proprete nul . |

hotel bruyant, salle de bain avec douche sans rideau ,pas de porte serviette, lavabo qui goutte presentoir de savon vides pas de porte papier toilette. je pense que notre réservation a été mise de coté au profit de clients de 2 cars qui ont fait la fête et couru dans les couloirs jusqu'a 4h30 du matin . |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a 20 minute walk from the old town area but I liked this, and there is a small supermarket nearby which is convenient. I had one evening meal in the hotel which I found very expensive by Sarajevo standards. The food was very good though! |

Het is een goed hotel op een gunstige afstand gelegen van het centrum en de overige bezienswaardigheden. Vanaf Mostar (en ook vanaf het vliegveld) is het alleen wel wat moeilijk te vinden. |

Servizio in ristorante disordinato , troppa attesa alle 7 quando è l' ora della colazione appena si mettono a preparare i tavoli . Sul tavolo non trovi neanche una tazzina . Eravamo alla colazione circa 120 persone , immagina che attesa prima di fare colazione . Il turista viene per andare a vedere quello che ha in programma e non perder tem in hotel . |

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht um den Gast. Kleine Sonderwünsche, etwa nach einem Omelett statt des Standardfrühstücks, wurden umgehend erfüllt. Das Mobiliar ist nicht gerade das neueste. Es kann am Wochenende abends vom Restaurant her laut werden. |
