Hotel Villa Nova  

All was ok. The owner-family is very helpfull and nice. Location and ambiente is optomal!! Breakfast was very good and Dinner also. Both is offered in fom of a buffet. The view from the seaside-rooms is exceptonal. A small location for bathinf in the sea is direcz at the hotel.

We spent only one night and were the only guests. Stll, they were kind and friendly.

The town is very quiet off-season - there were hardly anyother tourists and no open shops/restaurants.

We stayed here just for one night, using Neum as a stop-over for our trip. The room was comfortable and it had a nice view over the sea. The staff was ok. Sort of parking was offered even though I had to leave my car parked at the side of the road.

1- In our reservation it was stated apartment for 3 persons and we were given a double room, which was smaller. At the end price was charged for an apartment for 3 persons. 2- The waiter was at the edge of being very pushing and almost rude, asking several times if we will have dinner or breakfast at the restaurant of the villa. 3- For being Neum and out of season the value for the price is not fair, taking into account that you have to pay breakfast extra 4 euro (which we did not take) and dinner 9 Euro for a miserable buffet not including drinks, it was really pricey. 4- I had to leave my brand new car at the side of the road and all the night I slept with a bad feeling (reading others reviews what have happened to their cars before).

The city center is very near and every evening from 9 pm until 2-3 in the night the music was very very hight and was impossible to sleep. the small and choky rooms and there was not one stendino for the cloths

Very good location, further off Neum's centre, with private plage only for the hotel guests (clean sea water), calm and quiet at night, without congestion because of the distance from the city center. Very-very kind, friendly and helpful staff (family enterprise). Especial, particular design, pleasant, comfortable rooms with cooking facilites, terraces with camping furniture. Very good and varied dinner. Parking possibility directly in front of the hotel.

Neither breakfast nor dinner is included in the room price (which otherwise is not too cheap) and hotel guests have to pay extra costs also for the use of deck chairs. The building's design is very particular and beautiful, however, as there are many floors and stairs - even the restaurant is located in two floors -, is not too ideal for older people.

Excellent hotel, with a camera-watched parking, close to the beach, just between the residential quarters and dowtntown, so calm and quiet and close to city facilities at the same time. Very good one especially regarding to the price. Situated directly on the shore, it is a wonderful place of calm and quiet. As the hotel is less than 50 rooms, and more destined to families or couples than to groups of young beach ravers :-) it is really a haven. Moreover, the Kresic family and their staff are lovely, attentionful and they do their best to make your holiday the best possible. The hotel itself and the rooms are very clean. The food is very good and tasteful. The menu isn't that diversified but all the meals are excellent, no matter if it's fish or meat. Exellent salads. The evening buffet is very good, and the breakfast is very correct. All the food is incredibly cheap !!! (like everywhere in Bosnia and Herzegovina). I advise this hotel to all those who look for a pleasant and calm pension close to the sea and close to all the city facilities.

When lying on the pontoon, you might be disturbed by some ants... But I'm sure the Kresic family will resolve this superficial problem very soon...

Apartment was on the top so many steps from beach..there is one building across the street that is not shown on the pictures..

The warm family staff hospitalilty, the great food and the amazing view of Neum's golf were the perfect vacation!!!

Very nice location with a terrace and a view on the sea and the islands. It was great to have breakfast and dinner outside, looking at the sea. Both were served as buffet and perfect with enough choice and freshness. The room was very big and the bathroom as well. Quiet location.

Maybe a little more veggies for breakfast.

Great location. Very relaxing place with excellent veranda and sunbathing/swimming platform. Very pleasant staffs. No luxury or frills, but a very high-standard 3-star hotel. Its awards well-deserved.

With many stairs and no lift this is not a place for the elderly/handicapped.

Die liebenswürdige und hilfsbereite eigener Familie mit ihren Mitarbeitern gibt sich sehr viel Mühe, den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Das Haus liegt direkt an einem Hang am Meer mit kleiner direkt zugänglicher eigener Badestelle. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön mit einer überdachten Terrasse, auf der man auch die Mahlzeiten einnehmen kann. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendbrot sind sehr reichhaltig und gut!

Durch Hanglage muss man viele Treppen steigen, was für Behinderte nicht geeignet ist. Für Kleinkinder ist die Badestelle zu gefährlich.

Grand, propre, bien équipé et bien agencé (living + chambre), bonne literie ; balcon avec vue sur la (petite mais jolie !) côte de Bosnie. Pas de plage mais un accès direct aux pontons ; eau tuquoise, claire et limpide. Parfait aussi pour visiter Ston (20min), Mostar, Dubrovnik ou Korcula (+/- 1h). Vast and clean living room + bedroom with good bed. Balcony with sea view. The Bosnian coast is narrow but beautiful. No sand beach but the hotel is direct on the cristal clear deep blue sea. Perfect to visit Ston (20mn), Mostar, Dubrovnik and Korcula (about 1h).

Wielki I dobrze wyposazony apartament, niezwykle mila I pomocna obsluga, bardzo fajna lokalizacja. W pokojach klimatyzacja I taras z widokiem na zatoke.

Parkowanie moze byc trudne I stresujace dla mniej wprawnego kierowcy ale zawsze mozna poprosic kogos z obslugi.

pulizia complessiva dell'hotel, tranquillità, relax. le camere con balcone offrono un risveglio, affacciandosi sul mare, che è un incanto.

Difficoltà a comunicare in italiano con lo staff. Parlano in inglese e tedesco. Chiedere degli extra all'arrivo per non trovare sorprese sul conto finale. In Bosnia manca sicuramente una legge sulla trasparenza. Cqm si tratta di piccole entità (tipo acqua a tavola o lettini e ombrelloni). Il conto va saldato solo cash, non accettano carte di credito.
