Teresa and Davor couldn't have done more to help me. Delightful people in a lovely hotel.

Beatiful location. Nice swimming area. Very friendly staff, especially the receptionist, who spoke perfect English and was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and evening meals were very good value for money.

Although we requested and were told we could have parking for our hire car, on our final night were were told very abruptly by the manager to move our vehicle onto the street as he was expecting a small tour bus. The street is very narrow and as a result our car was scratched overnight, forturnatety, the hire car company did not think the damage was excessive and we did not have to pay fo any damage.

From the moment we arrived , we were made to feel very welcome. Tereza is a wonderful hostess and went out of her way to please us. Comfort and meals were also very good at reasonable prices.

Polite staff; nice place, close to beach with own beach terrasse; good service with diner service later in evening; very nice place for one overnight stay as we did.

The location and access to sea was as good as possible for seaside holiday. The room was a clean and well-designed one.

One of the hotel facilities was not enough for the stayers who reserved a single room (dining facilities). To take my dinner, they showed me a place which was separate from the others. Because of that, I prefered to leave the hotel earlier than expected. Some of the staff (I.E. the waiters) would also learn English better for international communication. This hotel would be a good choice especially for the local families, but certainly not for international single travellers.

Leider anfang mai noch keine besonderheiten Z.B. restaurant nicht geöffnet - garten und terasse noch ,, winterlich ,, verpackt - parkplatzseh klein ( ein unbekannter autofahrer hat über nacht mein auto angefahren auto war total n e u >- 550 km !!!! bestelltes frühstück um 8.00 nicht serviert ???? warum keine auskunft sorry - dies hat uns n i c h t GEFALLEN

Bardzo przyzwoity hotelik. Zadbany i czysty. Przyjemne wykończenie pomieszczeń przez które się przechodzi (korytarze/schody). Atrakcyjne położenie w stosunku do większości innych obiektów tego typu w Neum. Przyjazny personel. Ładne widoki na morze. Wyżywienie za dopłatą, dobre ale bez rewelacji.

Pokój 4 osobowy sprawiał wrażenie dwójki z dwoma dostawkami. Trochę za mały. Ale jeśli nie spędza się w nim czasu poza nocą, to da się przeżyć. Parking dla gości mały i ciasny. Zaparkowanie dużego samochodu wymaga asysty kogoś na zewnątrz.

Le confort, la propreté des chambres ainsi que la vue sur mer du balcon. Situation parfaite pour découvrir Dubrovnik (60 km) et Mostar (60km). Accès à une crique privee en bas de quelques marches. Restauration de qualité (buffet) à un prix tout à fait acceptable (9€ par personne).

Dommage que les transats ne soient pas inclus dans le prix de la nuitée même si cela reste abordable.

Personnel serviable qui trouve des solutions pour répondre à nos attentes. Bonne situation.

Le dîner en self peu appétissant.
