Free hotel parking (though it is really difficult to find the road to the hotel), nice design of the building, disco for hotel guests The pool was not working. It's very sad cause for me indoor pool was the main reason to choose this hotel among others in Sarajevo. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Buses ran every 15 minutes to the old town. Buffet breakfast exceeded expectations for 2* hotel and the bar staff make a great cappucino |

Cleanliness, swimming pool. The hotel is far away from the city center. The distance between the hotel and city center was not stated correctly on the website. |

The rooms were basic, but clean. The two waiters on duty were fabulous, spoke good english, were very attentive and made our stay really enjoyable. Breakfast was very nice. Evening meal was lovely and good value. There was no hot water for a shower before the evening meal. The reception staff said it was because they were heating the swimming pool! They did apologise though. It was fine at all other times. |
