l'hotel è situato esattamente all'intersezione tra la zona turca e quella austriaca della città, le più interessanti dal punto di vista turistico, piene di negozietti e caffè tipici. La hall è insignificante ma la stanza è carina e ben tenuta, la colazione a buffet buona. Vi è anche un ristorante tipico carino, ma non vi ho mangiato quindi non ne conosco la qualità |

Location is absolutely perfect. Staff is incredibly friendly and courteous (but so are all the people i met in Sarajevo). Room was very nicely equipped, clean and with a really great view. I especially liked the computer and broad band internet connection, it worked without any problems. |

The rooms were spacious, modernly furnished, quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was basic but tasty and the location was fantastic, a step away from the main street but still secluded enough that it was an escape as well! Perfect. |

The location is perfect, single rooms are spacious, beds are king size and extremely comfortable.... everything is new and perfectly clean. There is even a computer with free internet in every room- we just could not believe that the price was only 50 EUR per night! |

Incredible location just beside the old bazar. Very kind staff. Personal computer in your room with free internet access. Parking free in the centre of the old town. Don't loose the opportunity to go. |

This hotel is really in the city center and is really value for money. Good parking, the room was clean and quite modern. There was not disturbing noise neither from the street, nor from the neighbors. The bed was comfortable, breakfast fine. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to have nice stay in center of Sarajevo. It is worth of 4 stars hotel. Although there was a PC in room with internet connection, we could not use it because a warning informed us, that the Windows was not genuine. But this was probably only a coincidence or virus or something. Then we used Wi-Fi, which worked perfectly. |

The hotel has a fantastic location. Rooms were appropriate for a three star hotel, clean and comfortable. Having free internet on the TV in the room was really great. Breakfast was really nice, lots of variety, although don't leave it too late, as all the good bits disappear early ! Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we turned up a day early by mistake and they were able to squeeze us in, still. Also they were helpful with advice on places to go, restaurants etc. The hotel was great for a three star hotel, no complaints really ! The decor in the rooms was a bit disappointing - the website photos showed a quirky and interesting looking decor in the rest of the hotel, and with the name 'art hotel' I expected the rooms to be similarly 'arty', but they were your stock standard room, I guess not a problem really but just kind of boring ! |

It was an excellent hotel. More like a four star than a three star to be fair. It was a great base from which to visit Sarajevo and tour other areas within reach of the city. The location is very, very good and its right beside the historic part of town where pubs and eateries are located. Staff were helpful, ringing taxis and advising on our queries. Breakfasts were good too. The only negative thing I could say was that a small glass-sized bottle of local wine (excellent tasting) was €2 more expensive in this three star hotel's bar than in the four star next door! |

Perfect location right next to the pedestrian zone, so everything is within walking distance. Hotel is easily accessible by car. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant. Computer with internet access in every room is very practical. |

Excellent staff, large room, with large flat screen, comfortable bed/pillows with very nice linen. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Very nice restaurants, nicely decorated and with character. The breakfast was presented elegantly and was very good. It isn't easy to find. It should be mentioned that it is behind the Europe Hotel. A sign from the street would be very helpful. A detailed map of directions to get to the hotel (as it by alley, and is confusing) would be an asset. |

The staff are extremely nice; the room is comfortable (with computer and internet included) and the it is in the heart of Sarajevo old town. Perfect... I do not have sugestions. Just a tip: it is behind the hotel Europe. It will make easy to find this hotel. |
