Vila part

Location is perfect, in the very centre of Charshia area and Saraevo's old city, but it is difficult to reach it by car. You should pass the bridge and then to enter to the hotel. It is better to ask for hotel Europe, the 5 star sister of Art hotel and it is exactly next to it as everybody knows this hotel. We stayed at Villa Vien, a nice old house adapted as a hotel. It is designed in Bosnian style and we can recommend it for romantic and retro lovers. The breakfast is continental, but rich and lavish. The staff is really friendly, the hotel is clean and we can say it is value for money hotel.

The rooms in the villa on the last floor have no normal windows. They are in attic and it might be a problem for a long stay.

Decoration of hotel. Pink cheap looking curtain and yellow bed cover they could let go. Small bathroom.

Great location in Bascarsija, nice rooms, breakfast was exellent, and hotel staff very helpfull.

Nothing speciall, only I didnt like that shower was fixed, and shower cabine could be larger, but everything else was ok.

This was a very nice hotel with a good location in the old quarter. The breakfast was very good with a variety of foods/fruits available.

Staff appeared to be caring and very pleasant. Location is wonderful---right in the city center! And good breakfast.

Very good ethnic cuisine in the restaurant downstairs.

The building is a bit hard to find. The shower handle fell off at first touch.

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming always at disposal. The location is excellent very central. The room is of decent size as well as the bathroom.

Didnt like the extended object we were placed in. Hotel Art has the main object and the Villa Wien which hasn t got the reception and it a few streets away from the hotel.

The location is second to none. The staff can improve, but that comes with time and popularity. The rooms are adequate, but could be serviced better. The wifi is excellent, but the room doesn't accommodate working online too well, although I was in the annex rooms, away from the main hotel building.

The annex rooms are removed from the main building and this isn't exactly described in the booking. So it's one block away, while reception, breakfast and all services are in the main building. So slight Inconvienience, but the location overall is key.
