Hotelul Art este amplasat în Sarajevo, în apropierea centrului vechi Bascarsija. Perfect location in center of Sarajevo, very nice design, big room, free parking and wi-fi. Difficult access by car (undistinctive signs/arrows along streets) for first-time guests.

Great location, good service, excellent breakfast, safe parking. As the day of arrival was terribly hot, it would be appropriate to switch on the air condition before arrival. It was impossible to condition the room appropriately to have a good sleep.

We stayed in the Annex building (or the "Villa") which is about a block away from the main hotel. Rooms are very clean, decorated in traditional Bosnian furniture (featuring traditional rugs and wood-works), and comfortable. Wi-fi internet connection is excellent. Very cozy atmosphere. People staying in the Annex building have a choice of attending the breakfast in the main hotel building or in the small cake-shop/coffee place in the annex building itself. Both are very charming - the main hotel restaurant is less Bosnian-authentic (Moroccan decor) while the annex coffee-place is in a charming, typical small Bosnian "old-town" street and also has such a feel. All in all, we loved it. :) Bathroom was ok - clean and adequate, but styling and fixtures are very basic. Also, towels were on a small side.

This was my third stay at this hotel, and I will keep coming back for many reasons; first, the location is excellent, in the very heart of the city, the room decor is gorgeous, as is the view of the mountains surrounding Sarajevo. The staff is friendly, warm, welcoming, I always feel at home. If you choose to stay in at weekends, sometimes you can hear wonderful live music in the room coming from the nearby bars, but if you close you window it becomes absolutely quiet and you can get a good night's sleep. There is a variety of TV programmes to watch, again, if one chooses to stay indoors. The breakfast is wonderful, slightly different every morning, so you can always look forward to being pleasantly surprised. I recommend this hotel with all my heart.

The hotel was welcoming, clean and warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK - typically Eastern European. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel is located right in the centre of the city, yet it was very peaceful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Sarajevo.

This was a very nice hotel with a good location in the old quarter. The breakfast was very good with a variety of foods/fruits available.

We loved this hotel... Perfect location, amazing breakfast, friendly people, and the most interesting and beautiful restaurant with great food. Servers in restaurant could be a bit more attentive... But this is such a small problem. We loved this hotel and restaurant

Very good ethnic cuisine in the restaurant downstairs. The building is a bit hard to find. The shower handle fell off at first touch.

Good, knowledgeable friendly staff. Location of the annex in the midst of the old town is fantasitc! Morrocan resturant in hotel doesn't have a huge amount of selection of Morrocan food!!!

It was my first visit to Bosnia and as a solo traveller the Hotel was very well located. The staff were very helpful with internet access etc and guiding me where to go etc Bedrooms need refurbishing but it is value for money

The location is second to none. The staff can improve, but that comes with time and popularity. The rooms are adequate, but could be serviced better. The wifi is excellent, but the room doesn't accommodate working online too well, although I was in the annex rooms, away from the main hotel building. The annex rooms are removed from the main building and this isn't exactly described in the booking. So it's one block away, while reception, breakfast and all services are in the main building. So slight Inconvienience, but the location overall is key.

The staff was most helpful, and the hotel is just off the main pedestrian walk/shopping area. At night this area becomes the center of the city life, with thousands of people walking, drinking coffee, listening to music. It's a very vibrant place, and Hotel Art is perfect for enjoying this.
