I was hosted in the Annex (Villa Wien) and enjoyed everything: the location, the staff, the rool, the breakfast;

We booked Hotel Art, however, knew that we would be in Villa Wien which seems to belong to the Hotel Art. Its great: newly renovated rooms, very clean and comfortable. The best about it is the location. Right in the Bascarsija. Could not be better for us as we love the atmosphere there. Had breakfast in Hotel Art which seems to be better than the one in the Café House. Everything was perfect.

Location in old center of Sarajevo; free computer in room; beautiful underground restaurant with natural light.

Location, clean and very freindly staff.

The rooms were spacious, modernly furnished, quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was basic but tasty and the location was fantastic, a step away from the main street but still secluded enough that it was an escape as well! Perfect.

Very nice hotel and good location both close to the old town and the pedestrian area. Good value for the money. Good breakfast!

The location is perfect, single rooms are spacious, beds are king size and extremely comfortable.... everything is new and perfectly clean. There is even a computer with free internet in every room- we just could not believe that the price was only 50 EUR per night!

Incredible location just beside the old bazar. Very kind staff. Personal computer in your room with free internet access. Parking free in the centre of the old town. Don't loose the opportunity to go.

This hotel is really in the city center and is really value for money. Good parking, the room was clean and quite modern. There was not disturbing noise neither from the street, nor from the neighbors. The bed was comfortable, breakfast fine. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to have nice stay in center of Sarajevo. It is worth of 4 stars hotel.

Although there was a PC in room with internet connection, we could not use it because a warning informed us, that the Windows was not genuine. But this was probably only a coincidence or virus or something. Then we used Wi-Fi, which worked perfectly.

The hotel has a fantastic location. Rooms were appropriate for a three star hotel, clean and comfortable. Having free internet on the TV in the room was really great. Breakfast was really nice, lots of variety, although don't leave it too late, as all the good bits disappear early ! Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we turned up a day early by mistake and they were able to squeeze us in, still. Also they were helpful with advice on places to go, restaurants etc.

The hotel was great for a three star hotel, no complaints really ! The decor in the rooms was a bit disappointing - the website photos showed a quirky and interesting looking decor in the rest of the hotel, and with the name 'art hotel' I expected the rooms to be similarly 'arty', but they were your stock standard room, I guess not a problem really but just kind of boring !

Perfect location right next to the pedestrian zone, so everything is within walking distance. Hotel is easily accessible by car. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant. Computer with internet access in every room is very practical.
