Pansion Rose (佩西恩玫瑰酒店)  

The staff was most accommodating. As I suspect with others, our party was treated with drinks and an explanation of sights to see in Mostar. Following dinner we had a most pleasant and informative gathering over wine with the owners' extended family. The following morning the staff moved our car and parked so that we did not have to back out into the busy city street as we prepared to leave. Most satisfactory stay.

Our party was driving in a rental car and had difficulty finding Pansion Rose. For reasons not entirely clear, there was no street number for Pansion Rose on the Booking.com website. I would suggest that if one is using a GPS that the grid coordinates, which are supplied, be entered on the GPS as opposed to the.name of the facility and the street.

Me and my girlfriend stayed her for 1 night while travelling through Europe. Our aim was to travel on a cheap budget which often lends itself to some pretty nasty hostels/hotels - this is definitely not the case with Pansion Rose! All I can say is that it was exceptional. The room was clean, spacious and boasted comfortable beds. The hotel itself is much the same and located only 5min walk from Mostar Bridge. Breakfast was included in the price and to our delight included freshly made omelettes which, if you've be served the standard European breakfast of bread stale meat and cheese week after week is definitely a welcome change :-) The main praise for me goes on the service of the hotel owners. This husband and wife clearly take much pride in ensuring there guest are made to feel welcome and even went so far as to get us a leaving souvenir before dropping us off at the bus station. This is master class in hotel hospitality that others would do well to emulate. I'll definitely be returning.

Wonderfully hospitable and friendly owners picked us up from te bus station and the excellent service continued for our entire stay. A homly family environment including homemade biscuits and refreshments on arrival. Comfortable, clean rooms about 5- 10 minutes walk from all the sites of Mostar. The owner even gave us a gift on departure. Nice cooked breakfast in the morning. We would recommend this hotel as a great authentic Bosnian family homestay!

The host was very friendly and cooperative. They were available all of the time. The location of the hotel is excellent, on a wolking distance from all places worth seeing. We will sure go back there again.

english speaking staff. good breakfast. hotel was found using gps and plenty of signs directing you to the hotel.

parking is available but only for the strong hearted. the hotel is loacated right off the highway and getting into the small parking area involves going on the busy highway and making a sharp turn into the small parking area. parking can be done but the blood pressure will surely increase. forget parking if your driving a big mercedes. not located close to old town, it takes a walk along a busy highway to get to the old bridge. would not stay again and would not recommend

Lovely family run guest house. The owners really make you feel welcome and will do anything they can to help. Not in the centre of town but easily close enough to walk through a pleasant residential area.

I highly recommend staying at Pension Rose, there was no problem being picked up from the bus station, the hospitality was great, for breakfast we had omelet, pancake, bread spread ect. the room was spacious and clean, my children will miss the turtles.

Landlady was very welcoming and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent location: 10 minutes stroll from the Old Bridge. Kids loved the turtles in the garden!

Very friendly owners, a family business. They were very friendly. Rooms were big, quiet, modern. Bathroom was clean. TV and internet for free, parking on the property. Very downtown, 5 min walk to Old Bridge. I would definately go there again!

Clean, practical, free parking, breakfast (fabulous) and genuinely ten to fifteen minutes walk from town centre and that with a broken toe. But most of all the owner and her daughter. Exceptional welcome, advice freely offered..... If you want to visit Mostar on a budget and do not require luxury additions to your room - go here!

I would have liked a chair in the room and a plug in the sink - but really no complaints.

It is a nice guesthouse in Mostar, with a very welcoming owner. All is very clean and the room had its private bathroom and air-conditionning. The optional breakfast in the morning is also of good quality.

The location, a bit far from the city center and very close to the local highway is not ideal. The rooms are soundproof but the way back from the city center at night after dinner was not a must.

Expectional staff with great english. Couldn't have done more for us. When we arrived, she greeted us with orange drinks, took our bags and sat us down. She explained all the surrounding area on a massive map on the wall and recommended all the highlights of the beautiful city of mostar. The Pansion is about a 5 minute walk from the centre of mostar. Can't recommend this place enough.

The room was big, clean, the hotel staff was very nice. Very well indicated when you come by car. Its only 5 minutes walking to the Mostar bridge. Excellent.

Staff was very helpful with everything including suggestions for things to do and see in the area. There are many signs that give directions to the pension and it is easy to find if you travel by car. There is private parking available. The pansion is only a five to ten minutes walk from the old bridge. Good breakfast in the garden where they keep a few turtles which was one of the highlights of our vacation for our little daughter. They offered us all drinks for free during our three days stay. Good and free WIFI. We will definitively go back there when we will visit Mostar again.

Asima and Ricky were extremely welcoming and spoke English and French between them. Our room had a small outside area and in the mornings we ate our breakfast out at the front. They made our stay very smooth, helping us to plan a day trip and even dropping us off at the bus station when we left.

Large and nice looking-rooms. The staff was very sweet, and a good breakfast - served in the rose garden outside - was included in the price. If you don't mind the short walk (app. 10-15 mins) to the old town, you will not find a better place to stay for a few nights in Mostar. Excellent value.

Lovely little hotel within walking distance of Mostar. Very easy to find, thanks to good signs from main roads. Hosts exceptionally welcoming and very helpful in all aspects. We returned for a second night and were not disappointed. The room and all facilities were fine. Everything very clean. We would highly recommend this hotel.
