A good hotel, good staff, everything is good. Except Arab statement Tv stations are 90% Arab only a few European at the end. No alcohol is served, This is a politicized Hotel, saying we are Moslem and Arab, not neutral.

It is the best hotel in Sarajevo at all. Everything wonderful in there. Starting from the hotel staff which they are highly professional and friendly, to the hotel decoration with large sitting area in the lobby and fantastic room furniture and comfortable bathroom (Deluxe Double Room). As for the location i consider it as good, it is not so much close to the old town "it is only 6km from the hotel" for me i like to walk and that was pretty cool and it is important to know that it is away from the trafic crowded. Breakfast Buffet it is amazing. OVERALL ...THE HOTEL IT'S OUTSTANDING. With all these amazing services the TV channels it is soooo poor! All news channels and that make me sick espcially i'm a football fan and i was looking forward to see Barca Match but unfortuantely there is no channels available even by pay.

The hotel is new and clean, breakfast was good. The front desk staff Emina D. was terrible...the area between lobby and breakfast was dark and the stairs were black, I fell down the stairs and was sitting on the ground with pain..I twisted my ankle and bruised my knee but this front desk lady was just standing there staring at me without giving me any help! And of course, she DID NOT ask me if I was ok! I felt really upset!! And most of the staffs there need to learn how to smile because it is a very important!!

It's a brand new building,really a 5 star. Though location may seem a burden at first ,its a 30 min. walk to the main attractions.First night we took a taxi ,but we walked in and out the next days.Staff is very helpful,always responsive and trying to please the passenger.Good thing they don't allow smoking any more.Breakfast is very well served and far enough to cover the needs. Spa and wellness center very modern and comfortable.Rooms are very well designed and reached our expectations. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

very nice, clean hotel, more like 5* than 4*, delicious dishes in the restaurant and very good breakfast, I would strongly recommend the hotel Technogym equipment at the fitness centre is not the “last update” as has described by hotel, but is fine and you can enjoy

Probably the best hotel in Sarajevo, in my opinion - and it's my fourth stay in the hotel in 2012. Great indoor, excellent food, luxurious rooms, very nice spa area. A big recommendation!

The view from my bathroom was amazing. I have received not the same room that I have booked. But it has been changed after long discussion and documents checking and phone calls. The pool didn't work and staff didn't say about it, but I have asked at the check-in. The cork in the bathroom to stop the water was absent. The hotel didn't provide me with airlines miles according to the public conditions with the reason "we don't provide miles for clients from booking.com". Staff took my card from the room and didn't say that I will need it to open a parking. This is unprofessional hotel with a lot of troubles. I would not recommend to stay here. You can find better places in Sarajevo.
