Beautiful surrounding, nice staff, nice rooms, good meals.

Heating can be better.

Beautiful hotel, outside the city that is still reachable within 25 minutes using the tram or taxi from Ilidza. I highly recommend it to those who do not like the traffic and driving in big cities as it is Sarajevo. The source of the river Bosna is reached with the horse-drawn carriages - also in the evening - romantic and comfortable. I also recommend Pizzeria - ilidzis restaurant within walking distance - great food, or typical pizza.Breakfast in the hotel il plentiful and varied.

In the rooms there the old way of carpet "moquette"- imposible keep it clean/disinfected. In the bathroom the sink was not working. People smoe everywere - there is no 'smoking ban and this is very unpleasant. We asked for information on places to visit, but the staff seemed unable to give us the right info - we got lost several times. The hotel is 4 stars ranged, but I don't think it is right rang system.

it was freaking cold sometimes, the heating system seemed to be useless at nights.

Hotel jest położony w bardzo przyjemnym miejscu, wśród zieleni, nieopodal źródeł rzeki Bosny. Dogodny dojazd do centrum Sarajewa. Nalezy dojść do pętli tranwajowej i jechać około 20-30 minut. Sam hotel przyjemny, czysty, chociaż wydaje się, że potrzeba mu już remontu.

Przed hotelem zlokalizowany jest punkt odjazdu bryczek do źródeł Bosny. W konsekwencji dla części osób uciązliwe mogą być hałasy i zapachy związane z takim punktem. Śniadanie dość monotonne, serwowane, składające się głównie z jajek na różne sposoby.

nije mi se svidjela čistoća sobe, lampe su bile pune prašine, iza kreveta također bilo je dosta prašine, u wc-u čaša za odlaganje četkica za zube bila je jako prljava. S obzirom da sam jako puno hotela posjetila, ovo me je jako razočaralo.

A zöld környezete,szépek a teraszai, jó parkolási lehetőség

A reggeli felszolgálása egy kis időt igénybe vett (semmi sincs előre kikészítve, mindent kérni kell), bár mi nem siettünk, így nekünk ez elfogadható volt.

La colazione tranquilla nel giardino tra gli alberi, il servizo di trasporto all'aeroporto (almeno al ritorno, all'andata no perchè arrivavo tardi- dopo le 18:00)

Quando sono arrivata mi hanno dato una stanza molto calda (tipo mansarda) in cui non funzionava internet (quando invece si garantiva wi- fi gratis nelle stanze). Mi hanno comunque cambiato stanza quando mi sono lamentata.

Hotel carino.

Non capisco come in alcuni commenti si parla di hotel di relax e pace quando nel parcheggio dell'hotel vi è la stazione delle carrozze e dei cavalli che fanno escursioni nella pineta dell'hotel e non mi risulta che i cavalli e le carrozze siano silenziosi. Ho prenotato il transfert dall'aeroporto fino all'hotel e visti i 30 minuti di ritardo dell'aereo hanno pensato bene di lasciarmi in aeroporto dalle 10:00 pm fino alle 11:00 pm e cioè fino a quando non ho capito che non sarebbe arrivato nessuno. L'hotel è molto bello pero il servizio lascia molto a desiderare. Posizione dell'hotel assolutamente scomoda, a 15 minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto e a 20 minuti di taxi dal centro città.
