City Boutique Hotel    

Excellent boutique hotel!!! Very centrical, walking around the city very easy from the hotel. It has an excellent terrace in the top of the building which makes a very sophisticated taste. Incredible staff and very helpful. I would stay there again in my next expedition to Sarajevo.

Excellent hotel and great value for money. Well appointed, well finished, great location. Spacious room. Good breakfast. Verry happy with the hotel.

Only problem was the temperature in the room was very warm despite the air conditioning on full cold. Ironic as it was snowing outside! Leaving the window open was the only remedy.

I've stayed at numerous hotels of all types during my travels, from hostels, boutiques to the usual names as intercontinental, Hilton, Bristol..etc, and I can easily say that City Boutique Hotel was one of my most satisfying experiences. EVERYTHING about this hotel was positive. But above all; the hygiene and staff - it was extremely clean, spotless, and the staff are efficient and friendly. It's in a strategic central location, meaning we could walk to any part of the city starting from our hotel without worrying about distances. It is also on a main street so finding transportation is quick and easy. The breakfast buffet was impressive with home-made foods that were to the standard of any top restaurant. For a rather small hotel, they made great use of space, rooms are comfortable and sufficient. A free WIFI connection is also available for free. I will definitely reserve all my visits in the City Boutique Hotel whenever visiting Sarajevo, and I highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a cozy stay.

The location was great. We stayed in the penthouse, which was nicely decorated, big, clean, and fully-equipped. The breakfast and the wi-fi was great too.

The room was quirky with the glass screen separating the bedroom from the bathroom creating an 'intimate' stay. The breakfast was delightful with lots of options The staff were very friendly and knowledgable

The room was large and modern. Very close to the city center and the lady in reception was very helpful.

Not much of an area for breakfast but your so close to the city center it did not really matter.

The hotel is located in the heart of Sarajevo, right on the corner of Bascarsija, the tourist area. Beyond that, they offer a great breakfast and the staff is extremely helpful!!

location, the breakfast was excellent ... the other comments are unreal, as parking costs € 1 per hour - it cost € 10 per day and you can reserve a for several days, and the like ... the location is amazing. I highly recommend it, especially to those who do not like big hotels and who like peace.

the only problem is the heating, but anyone can open a window. ;)

We like to travel with our ten months old child. We try to choose the right places to stay because of this. First of all it is a peaceful place at the heart of the city. It was warm and cleanliness of the room was perfect. Hotel personel was friendly, kind and hospitable to us. The breakfast was satisfying. Its location is also perfect. You can walk to Bascarsija just in ten minutes. Although the Hotel is not providing a car parking place, you can park your car just across the street for 1,5€/h. We will definitely choose to stay again when we come back. Thanks to both Maja(s) and Dennis for make us feel like home.

Clean, central, well priced with solid breakfast

When we entered in our room there was a terrible smell of cigarrette or cigar. Even with windows openned after its remainded a litttle during the stay.The other rooms of my group this not occured.

This was a lovely comfortable hotel near the 'old city area'. The breakfast was excellent.

I stayed for one night at the apartment . It was amazing . All of the staff were friendly specially Mr.Ammar and Mrs.maja. Free coffe machine on terrace and free drinking water dispenser . As budget hotel the breakfast was almost 5 star breakfast . Best location ever. .

The parking was across the street cost 1€ per hour. The cleanliness of the room deserve 6 out of 10. Left doesn't reach the breakfast room at-1 and doesn't reach the terrace on the 6 floor. Give them a call if your are using a wheelchair or you have defculties using staircase I'm sure that they will be happy to help you.

I liked the hotel and suggest it..Personel staffs are friendly.Most important thing is location.The hotel is in the city center.You can go everywhere with walking or tram.But I think hotel prices can be little more lower.

It was great value for money. Ranked number 1 in sarajevo, but far from the most expensive. The staff were great and the room was very well designed and well-appointed. You can tell when they built the hotel they actually spent some time to thoughtfully design it. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Not huge or extravagant, but just right and very modern and clean. They also have a good breakfast (included in room charge) and a very nice little patio on the rooftop with a cozy indoor lounge attached to it. The location is ten minutes from pretty much anything you want to see in Sarajevo and close to the Starigrad and all the amenities. I plan to stay here every time I visit Sarajevo.

This hotel is a very quiet hotel just a few minutes from the main pedestrian street of Sarajevo. The staff are extremely helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent.

I have no complaints about this hotel. Sarajevo is a fascinating city and needs a much better tourist support. Tours are few and are very poorly organized. But even with this the main street of the city is great for people watching and listening to live music.

The hotel is located close to Farhadija, the walking street that gives one access to Bascarsija and other parts of down town Sarajevo with a short walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, a few tasty Bosnian options along with your typical European continental breakfast. The rooms were more spacious than others I have stayed at in town.

Maybe a bit of bad luck, as it was scorching hot during my visit, but the room never really reached a comfortable temparature. With the thermometer approaching 38 degrees outside, the air conditions struggled to keep my room cool.
