Hotel s 5 zvezdicami in z več kot 130-letno tradicijo se nahaja v središču Sarajeva. Ponuja brezplačen brezžični internet in parkirišče, 24-urno recepcijo ter brezplačen vstop v bazen in fitnes. Hotel Europe je v celoti klimatiziran in nudi sobe s kabelsko televizijo, wellness s turško kopeljo, savne, masaže, lepotne tretmaje in frizerski salon. Hotel stoji na odlični lokaciji med starim otomanskim mestnim jedrom Baščaršija in osrednjim delom Sarajeva s stavbami iz avstro-ogrskih časov. breakfast, good selection and could have as much as you wanted. Used the pool, lockers in changing room had no keys or were broken / would not lock.

Good location, nice clean rooms. Hotel is too expensive for offered standard, staff not nice and not helpfull / reception desk. Breakfast was OK but only filter coffee in 5 star hotel is not enought. Extremely expensive coffee.

One of the nicest interior design I have seen in Eastern Europe. Friendly staff with good English knowledge. Own parking with direct access from the hotel lobby with sufficient place. Kitchen working until late night.

The best thing of the hotel its rooms, big, clean and confotable. In additional the hotel location it is so close the old town that you can find more cafes and resturant but as it is a tourist area prices it's high. I cannot imgine a 5 stars hotel with this bad internet facility. Staying in my room and i could not catch a hot spot, i had to go out of my room to have a signal ,,, is that possible ! hotel like this with bad connection. Staff not friendly, you feel that they are forced to help you, i didn't like the way they do serve especially for 5 stars hotel noone helped me to carry my luggage and guide me to my room! that sucks too. Breakfast it is acceptable but i found better in some 3 stars hotels.

La situation en ville, comme bon nombre de très bons hôtels aussi, donc rien d'exceptionnel. Bad really ! Two people, one towel. You have to pay the parking when you leave, but they don't tell you before !! The phone doesn't work. Bed was bad. The view on a wall ! And the price so high for Bosnia. Bref n'hésitez pas à chercher ailleurs, il y a plein d'autres hôtels dans le quartier, moins cher avec de meilleurs services, (j'y suis allé plusieurs fois) et du personnel bien plus aimable.

Nähe zu Stadtzentrum Hotel hat alles aber Management fehlt. Alles sieht sehr l Schön und teilweise Luxus pur aber nicht für freundlich nützen dargestellt. Ich würde vielmehr als 4 Sterne htel bezeichnen als fünf. Frühstück war sehr unorganisiert xterm süße Sachen aber keine hat überlegt von sehr sare Sonnen eindringen. Der Ale Tische hinten waren Vol aber vorne nichts belegt. Badezimmer ist ein Theaterstück es gibt keine durchklopft Hänge Stück am Wand und Bade war sehr hoch so extrem schwierig für ein 51 jährige ein zu steigen

Chambres spacieuses et confortables, hôtel très bien situé au sein de la vieille ville, à 100m du lieu de l'attentat contre François - Ferdinand pour les férus d'histoire !!!! Petit déjeuner royal en comparaison des autres hôtels de Bosnie. Laundry super rapide et impeccable. Pour les amateurs d'Irish coffee une adresse à ne pas manquer !!! Il est divin ..... Les séjours sont toujours trop court !!!

Otelin konumu çok güzel, şehrin tam merkezinde, oda kondisyonları ve hizmet çok kaliteli. Ekip profosyonel olarak hzmet veriyor. Otelin yan sokağında bulunan barlardan çok yüksek sesli müzik gece geç saatlere kadar rahatsız ediyor.
