I felt that I am with a family ,staff was very nice and helpful and that was the best part that you feel that you are with a very good people God bless them all please any one go there telling samira,refat ,mubarrah and hadia my greetings it is safe for the women who travailing alone and i do recommend that for any girl traviling there alone |

I really liked the value I get for money - one of cheapest I found in Sarajevo, and the staff was more than nice, very very hostile. Totally recommend. |

* Çalışanlar güleryüzlü, ellerinden geldiğince misafirlerine yardımcı olmak için çaba gösteriyorlar. * kahvaltıda çeşit ve miktar gayet yeterli. Ama Türkiye'nin siyah çayını arıyor insan. * havaalanı-hostel-havaalanı arası ve Mostar'a giderken hostel-otogar arası ulaşımda yardımcı olmalarından memnun kaldık. (ancak , karşılanmak için gönderdiğimiz email ellerine geçmediği için havaalanında yaklaşık 1 saat kendilerine ulaşmaya çalıştık. booking.com'dak telefon numaraları güncel değildi) İngilizce bilen çalışanları da var ama her zaman orada bulunmuyorlar. biz de onların dilini bilmediğimiz için sorularımıza zamanında yanıt almak kolay olmadı.personelin ingilizcesini geliştirmesi iyi olur. |

A személyzet mindent megtett azért, hogy jól érezzük magunkat. A szoba az árnak megfelelő, a reggeli bőséges. A szálláshely nyugodt, csendes környezetben fekszik. |

Hostel Gonzo is gelegen in een rustige, mooie wijk van Sarajevo. Geen last gehad van lawaai. Alhoewel de meeste personeelsleden van het hotel geen Engels praatten, vond ik de service zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij overkomen. Ik had een zeer welkom gevoel. Bovendien konden sommige personeelsleden van het hostel zich in het Duits ook prima verstaanbaar maken. Enkele kleine mankementen, zoals een tijdelijk gebrek aan warm water en het ontbreken van een niet-doorzichtig gordijn voor het raam in de douche. |

Η εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό. Τον χώρο των δωματίων. Τα δωμάτια είναι απελπιστικά μικρά. Τόσο μικρά που δεν έχεις χώρο να βάλεις κάπου τη βαλίτζα σου... !!!! |

Lo que mas nos ha gustado ha sido lo familiares y buenas personas que son y que han estado muy atentos en todo momento. Y tambien quiero decir que estan de obras ya que han abierto un restaurante mayor para que vaya la gente tanto en verano como en invierno para esquiar, de visita en la ciudad etc.... muchas gracias y volveremos. |
