La tranquillità della zona, la disponibilità dello staff. Il parcheggio in quasi centro compreso nel prezzo. La carenza di segnalazioni sulla collocazione dell'hotel: si trova un una stradina piuttosto appartata. L'impossibilità di usufruire dei mobili della stanza: la camera era divisa in due ambienti con diverse poltrone (letto) e divani (letto), ma tutti erano aperti e pronti all'uso per i clienti seguenti. Di fatto non si poteva appoggiare sopra né se stessi, né la propria roba. |

Hostel Gonzo is gelegen in een rustige, mooie wijk van Sarajevo. Geen last gehad van lawaai. Alhoewel de meeste personeelsleden van het hotel geen Engels praatten, vond ik de service zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij overkomen. Ik had een zeer welkom gevoel. Bovendien konden sommige personeelsleden van het hostel zich in het Duits ook prima verstaanbaar maken. Enkele kleine mankementen, zoals een tijdelijk gebrek aan warm water en het ontbreken van een niet-doorzichtig gordijn voor het raam in de douche. |

Η εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό. Τον χώρο των δωματίων. Τα δωμάτια είναι απελπιστικά μικρά. Τόσο μικρά που δεν έχεις χώρο να βάλεις κάπου τη βαλίτζα σου... !!!! |

Lo que mas nos ha gustado ha sido lo familiares y buenas personas que son y que han estado muy atentos en todo momento. Y tambien quiero decir que estan de obras ya que han abierto un restaurante mayor para que vaya la gente tanto en verano como en invierno para esquiar, de visita en la ciudad etc.... muchas gracias y volveremos. |

die netten Mitarbeiter im Hotel und der super nette Inhaber. Er hat sich immer angeboten, soweit er Zeit hatte, die Gaeste in die Stadt zu fahren, vom Flughafen wurde ich auch abgeholt. Es war weiter von der Innenstadt als beschrieben (oder ich hatte es falsch verstanden?). So lernt man aber auch den anderen Teil von Sarajevo. Erreichbar auch gut mit einem regelmäßig fahrenden Bus. |
