Internetverbindung und Nähe zum Zentrum Frühstück (mittelmäßig bis schlecht) und das Zimmer war nicht 100 %ig sauber. Es gab kein warmes Wasser (????) |

Zentrale Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Umgebung des Hotels, Sauberkeit. Das Frühstück war eher dürftig (das war wirklich störend). |

Sehr schön auf dem Hügel oberhalb vom Stadtzentrum gelegen. Das Stadtzentrum in 2 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Schöne Lage und sehr hilfreicher PErsonal. Das Bad etwas zu eng und die Servicelady hat mein Hemd nicht perfekt bügeln können :-) |

Wir wurden von den Angestellten sehr nett empfangen, sie sprachen fliessend Deutsch und Englisch. Unser Auto stand gut und sicher geparkt und wurde konstant videoueberwacht. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und komfortabel moebliert und vor allen Dingen ist es super zentral in der Altstadt gelegen, trotzdem ruhig und kaum Verkehrslaerm. |

Schönes und neues Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ gut, nah an der Altstadt. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Hotel ist nicht gut ausgeschildert. Schilder sind ziemlich klein, man muss ein wenig Gedult haben bis Google maps Sarajewo vermessen hat. Parkplatz ist ziemlich klein. Schätze mal wenn das Hotel voll ist gibt es nicht für jeden Gast ein Parkplatz. |

Das Hotel liegt nahe der Altstadt und ist sehr ruhig. Das Hotel ist sehr nachlässig gebaut. Das gebuchte Zweibettzimmer entpuppte sich als Dreibettzimmer, es war sehr eng. |

Great location, new building, comfortable bed, warm room and great value for the money i've paid. The staff may be a little bit more helpful and provide some guidance to the guests if asked upon. |

The Hotel is located at 500 meters from the Old Town and it has possibilities to park the car. Internet works fine. The rooms are very basic and the hotel is noisy. Staff is not so friendly. There are other hotels like Old Town, Kovaci,... that meet better standards, although they are more expensive. |

Nice location and good furnished. Hotel staff was quite cold, impersonal and not very welcoming. Corridors of the hotel were quite noisy and busy during the night. We even heard ringing of the reception phone. |

The Hayat is very close to the centre of the Old town Sarajevo, and within walking distance to all or most of the main points of interest. Tram stop is only minutes down the hill and will take you straight into the bus and train station. Very good hotel for the price and very good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. |

Most of the front desk ( reception) were polite. They even remembered me and I didn't have to ask for my room number. Quiet place. |

it was near the old city, within walking distance. the staff in general seemed uninterested and unmotivated. a simple goodmorning seemed to much of an effort to most girls. the shower wasn't working properly even as the drain. |

Very good position near old bazaar We were in very small room without furniture (only 2 beds),all our baggage were on the floor. My friends had room moe convient for the same price. |

Excellent location, very clean modern (avant garde) room / facilities, very friendly staff that was both helpful and fluent in English. We were very satisfied with our stay. No bar. |

The receptionists spoke pretty good English and were nice and helpful. The location is good too. The wireless Internet on the upper floors could not work and I had to stay in the guest rooms on the ground floors to use the Internet. |

Friendly helpfull staff, modern decor, very good location, free internet minor points really - the shower was prone to overflowing, and the heat was too high. we had to sleep with the window open in the middle of a Balkan winter! |

The area surrounding the hotel was very nice, making for an enjoyable walk and dinner. The hotel was modern and clean. Very difficult to find. Room was very small, particularly the bathroom. No elevator. Lots of light coming into room at night. Bedding was not very comfortable. |
