La posizione centrale e la struttura che permette la vista a 360 gradi della citta'. Unico inconveniente e'stato il parcheggio. Sul sito e'riportato che e'a disposizione su prenotazione, ma arrivati all'hotel ci e'stato detto che e'un errore di pubblicazione. Come unica alternativa ci e'stato proposto un parcheggio a pagamento, veramente caro rispetto ai prezzi della Bosnia. |

The staff were uniformly courteous and went out of their way to make sure that our needs were met. This included preparing coffee for us at 05.15 in the morning whiel we waited for a taxi to the airport. Liked very much the views from the rooms and the restaurant, including the terrace on which one can eat breakfast or have coffee. Unfortunately there seems to be a problem with the water pressure meaning that there was often little to know water. |

very friendly young staff, location in city center and view over Sarajevo extra, room design is ...funny parking was not clearly for free as on boooking.com site, I needed to show my reservation, they reimbursed ...with smile |

The downtown location is good for sightseeing the city. The parking situation is misrepresented on the website. It implies that a parking garage is in the building, which is not the case. The parking is in a vacant lot a couple blocks away, and since there is nowhere around the hotel that you are allowed to stop the car even long enough to unload, you have to drag your luggage from the carpark. |

It was very close to the old city. By walking, we reached to almost all of the touristic places. The staff was quite polite. The first night, there was a flood in my room's toilet. I could not sleep that night but the next day, they changed my room. |

A szoba és a fürdőszoba nagyon szép, a kilátás jó, az ellátás jó, a szálloda jó helyen van. Messze van a parkolási lehetőség, nekem kellett a csomagokat felcipelni, mert nincs megoldva a segítség, a szobában és a fürdőszobában ablak helyett ajtók vannak, de korlát nincs, ez életveszélyes, a TV modern, nagy, de csak két helyi adó fogható rajta. |

otellet ligger midt i Sarajevo i den ene ende af gågaden. Der er derfor masse af liv, så snart man træder ud af døren. Hotellet ligger fra 9 sal. til 11 sal. og giver derfor en fantastisk udsigt til alle værelser. Værelserne er gode store med et godt badeværelse. Hotelopholdet er inkl. morgenmad hvor der er et rimeligt udvalg. Man burde have indrettet hotellet, så der var elevator mellem etagerne. |

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Empfehlenswert für Städtereisen. Sarajevo liegt zwischen den Bergen-Bergwandern/ Skigebiete. Das Hotel ist für Familein ungeeignet. Hotel war schwer zu finden - vom Auto aus findet man es eher zufällig. Parkplätze gibt es nur in der Nähe in einer Seitenstraße, wenn man Glück hat. Das Gebäck muss dann noch zum Hotel getragen weden. |

Der tolle Ausblick (aus dem 11.Stock) über die gesamte Altstadt Sarajevo's ist einfach atemberaubend - die Fenster gehen hinunter bis zur Erde und man hat vom Bett aus einen tollen Panoramablick. Die Rezeption des Hotels befindet sich im 9.Stock(P.Fahrstuhl bequem erreichbar).Im 10.Stock ist das Restaurant und gleichzeitig der Frühstücksraum. Im 11.+12. Etwas gefährlich wirken die großen, bis zum Boden reichenden Fenster,die auch wie eine Balkontür geöffnet werden können - es gibt nur einen kleinen Haken : keinerlei Schutzgitter oder Balkonbrüstung, die einem davor abhalten könnten, aus dem 11. Stockwerk zu fallen = ganz schön heavy !! Mein Zimmer war zwar recht eng,aber für eine einzelne Person echt kuschelig bzw. Genau richtig. |

Sijainti ja palvelu erinomainen, maisemat huikaisevat. Tilat hyvin siistit ja modernit. Kokonaisuus kiitettävä, palvelu mukavaa ja ystävällistä. Pikkujuttuja, esim. huoneessa ei ollut juomalasia; tv ja langaton wlan aluksi ylimmäisessä huoneessa, mikä kyllä korjattiin seuraavan päivänä. Baari ja minibar ei alkoholitarjoilua, joten iltamyssyä kaipaavalle suuri pettymys. Toisaalta työmatka, joten ei niin tärkeää, ja lähikaupasta saa mitä vaan. |
