Nice people, nice staff, nice city, nice room, nice location etc.

The staff were uniformly courteous and went out of their way to make sure that our needs were met. This included preparing coffee for us at 05.15 in the morning whiel we waited for a taxi to the airport. Liked very much the views from the rooms and the restaurant, including the terrace on which one can eat breakfast or have coffee.

Unfortunately there seems to be a problem with the water pressure meaning that there was often little to know water.

parking was not clearly for free as on boooking.com site, I needed to show my reservation, they reimbursed ...with smile

The downtown location is good for sightseeing the city.

The parking situation is misrepresented on the website. It implies that a parking garage is in the building, which is not the case. The parking is in a vacant lot a couple blocks away, and since there is nowhere around the hotel that you are allowed to stop the car even long enough to unload, you have to drag your luggage from the carpark.

The room is too small, the breakfast was not great.

It was very close to the old city. By walking, we reached to almost all of the touristic places. The staff was quite polite.

The first night, there was a flood in my room's toilet. I could not sleep that night but the next day, they changed my room.

Die zentrale Lage am Beginn der Fußgängerzone zur Altstadt. Für Rundgänge, Shopping und Besuch von Lokalen bestens geeignet. Vom Frühstücksraum im 10.Stock hat man eine hervorragende Aussicht in alle Himmelsrichtungen.

Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet etwas eingeschränkt, insbesondere im Bereich Cerealien, Obst und Joghurt mit Früchten.

Très bon empacement dans la grande rue piétonne de Sarajevo. Très belle vue sur la ville. Chambre très spacieuse, décoration moderne et chaleureuse. Salle de bains confortable.

Mais dommage: ça partait bien mais pour un hôtel dit "de luxe" on aurait pu s'attendre à beaucoup mieux. * Odeurs de cuisine venant du restaurant dans les chambres deux étages au dessus le matin et le soir * Equipements déficients : un jour c'est la climatisation dans la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas, un autre c'est un plafonnier * Pas d'ascenseur entre la réception et les chambres * Pas de business center donc pas d'ordinateur * Parking payant (et cher) la journée * Au petit déjeuner une surcharge pour ceux qui préfèrent le chocolat chaud au thé ou au café * Cerise sur le gateau justement : la serveuse du petit déjeuner au restaurant fort peu aimable et reconnaissant qu'elle est obligée de sourire aux clients pour faire bonne figure.
