L'alto livello di pulizia della struttura L o standard della colazione non è stato uniforme durante l'arco del soggiorno, inoltre la chiara indicazione che il caffè espresso viene addebitato come extra eviterebbe spiacevoli malintesi all'atto del saldo del conto. Piccolezze... |

A well equipped hotel with a very spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. It is a 10 minute walk downhill to the river. Breakfast was good although smoking was allowed in the breakfast restaurant. Great view from our window (room 3A2). Smoking at breakfast. |

I chose this hotel because of its supposed proximity to the old town, the availability of parking, and the good reviews it had gotten. Maybe we just hit a few off days. Parking is about the only good thing we got out of the hotel. But, if someone likes to overpay for a noisy, smoke filled, shabby, and hotel that does not deliver on its promoted features, it's really the place. Primarily, it was location. Since Google doesn't map Sarajevo, I had to trust the description, which was far from accurate. It is walking distance to the old part of town, but its not something you want to do multiple times in a day. The general cleanliness and upkeep appears to be poor as well. It could have just been our room, but it seemed to be reflected in the entire place. We were woken multiple times during the night either by noise in or around the hotel or smoke from another room filling ours. For the price, this place just wasn't worth it. At half the price, I would start to reconsider. |

It's a nice, clean, small hotel, conveniently located close to the traditional old market. The area is quiet and peaceful. Hotel staff are friendly. The choice and quality of food for breakfast is medium. |

I could use the wi-fi connection without any surcharge for the whole period and they found for me an adaptator. The last day the connection stopped functioning, while in the hall the concierge connection was still functioning. |
