Hotel Mogorjelo is located in the town of Capljina, on the banks of the Neretva River. It offers 38 rooms and 3 presidential suites. Additionally it offers an à la carte restaurant by our renowned chef, Mr. Andrija Pole, and a cafe bar with a terrace overlooking the green river of Neretva. Our conference hall comfortably accommodates 60 people, and its maximum capacity is 100 attendants. It is equipped with a notebook computer, projector and a flip chart for the convenience and ease of conveying important information and business ideas.

Hotel information

The original Hotel Mogorjelo burned down and was destroyed during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina. After 15 years, it has been totally renewed and moderately rebuilt. It is now a 4-star hotel with high service quality, and offers many other interesting facilities.

Food & beverage

The food in the restaurant is prepared with care and according to the best traditional recipes. You can enjoy your meals at the hotel terrace with a beautiful view to the green Neretva river. Up to 30 people can comfortably sit at the outside terrace, while the internal part of the restaurant seats another 60 guests.

Different delicacies are served in the restaurant to please the taste of many connoisseurs who gladly choose to organize their business meetings and celebrations in the pleasant ambiance of Mogorjelo restaurant. Groups of guests traveling through the region often stop by for a light lunch or a snack. Guests hungry for some traditional food are also regular visitors of the restaurant.

Area information

The hotel organizes various trips. These include rafting, a barbecue and swim, and a canoe-safari on the Trebižat river. Also offered are guitar-evenings under the stars, bird-watching at Hutovo Blato National Park, boat-tours of the Hutovo Blato lakes and a picnic at one of Herzegovina's most beautiful waterfalls, called Kravice ('little cows').

The hotel that is located only 5.6 miles away from Medjugorje, which is a world famous pilgrimage sight. Since 1981, in a small village named Medjugorje in Bosnia-Herzegovina, according to devotees, the Blessed Virgin Mary has been appearing and giving messages to the world.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Camere molto spaziose ed arredate in modo moderno ma intelligente. Il parcheggio è disponibile grstuitamente. Il ristorante fornisce una colazione eccellente così come chi volesse usufruire del ristorante per la "la carte" i piatti sono veramente ben rpeaprati e deliziosi. Recepcija dobro funkcionira i osoblje je vrlo srdačno i fleksibilno. Slab doručak koji nije na razini današnje potrebe modernog poslovnog biznismena. Kao da je sve u suprotnosti sa svjetskim trendom gdje se traži: 1. odličan krevet (nema ga u ovom hotelu) 2. odličan doručak (šteta što vlasnici hotela nisu ponudili ono što Hercegovina tradicionalno ima - odličan sir, vrhunski pršut) 3. čista i moderna kupaonica (to donekle funkcionira) Jastuci su toliko "gumeni" da na njima nije lako zaspati; kao da nisu čuli za perje ili misle da to u 4* ne spada ?! Anonymous Group of friends Germany October 3, 2011	Sehr schöne komfortable große Zimmer, ausgesprochen freundliches deutschsprechenders Personal an der Rezeption, romantische Lage direkt am Fluss Am ersten Morgen waren wir wohl die einzigen Gäste, da gab es kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern nur eingepacktes abgezähltes Brot und Marmelade auf einem Teller, am nächsten Morgen war eine Reisegruppe da, da wurde ein Frühstücksbuffet aufgebaut. L'hotel ha sia il ristorante che il bar con tavoli all'esterno affacciati sul giardino confinante con il fiume Neretva. Le camere sono spaziose e luminose con vista sul fiume. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo del cibo era ottimo. Le porzioni erano anche abbondanti. Lo staff era disponibile e professionale sopratutto nel ristorante. Totaly insuficient for 4 star hotel. One has to pay extraeven for water. Not very friendly staff - waiter in the breakfast room especially.Internet very expensive.
