The SPA, the restaurant and the rooms are all good Although i love the place and keep coming back i think breakfast is atrocious. it does need serious improvement

Very nice and comfortabel hotel close to Banja Luka, very friendly staff, good food, fast internet connection, free parking spot a bit hidden in a small village 15 km off from Banja Luka

Quiet, spacious room, good breakfast, polite staff Door handles fixed at the doo edge very close to the door frame. Easy to get caught your hand in between when you pull the door to close.

El hotel es un 5 estrellas muy nuevo, con unas instalaciones muy cuidadas y agradables. Los precios del bar, retaurante y mini bar no son nada caros para un hotel de esa categoría. El hotel no está para nada en Banja Luka, sinó que está a la entrada de Aleksandrovac, unos 20 km al norte, por la carretera que lleva a Croacia. Para nuestro gusto y quizás por haber poca gente alojada, los camareros eran excesivamente serviciales. Las coordenadas correctas para encontrar el hotel son: 44º 57.449' n - 17º 19.048 E.

Das Hotel ist richtig schön, der Wellnessbereich ein Traum. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter Das Hotel ist 45 Minuten weg von Banja Luka. Auch Laktasi ist ein paar KM entfernt.

La relación de calidad precio es escelente. Hay un problema que deberían de solucionar: las coordenadas que vienen en la reserva para localizar el Hotel en el GPS. no corresponden con las reales. El hotel está más lejos de Banja Luka de lo que indican las coordenadas.

Les instal.lacions del Hotel son molt noves I confortables La situació del Hotel, està tocant a la carretera al mig del no res.Està a 25 Km. De Banja Luka, no entenc perquè a la pàgina de Booking sembla que està a la mateixa ciutat.
