The best thing about Kandilj was the staff - they were all uncommonly friendly, outgoing, and helpful. One even took the bother to prepare me Bosnian coffee late at night. I also liked the fact that the facilities - the common room and computer - were open and available for use at all hours. I can't think of a single thing. |

The guesthouse was very nicely decorated, the room and the bathroom was very clean and the staff very kind. It is also very well situated, 5 minutes from bazar. This is just a remark: It is important to organize in advance garage for the car. |

The helpful and caring staff was the best part of my stay, as although it is a small hotel and one should not expect so many services, they do their best to provide everything possible. A clean bathroom, a hairdryer (ask for it) and English speaking staff (they do and very well) was all I needed. Their sincere friendliness was their added value. It is a small hotel, not a boutique hotel. |

The first staff we encountered was very nice and helpful. The location of the Guesthouse is perfect and the breakfast was nice! They forgot to make a reservation for a resturant. Staff were discussing very loud in the corridor early in the morning for more than 10 minutes. |

The location was good and the staff were very helpful. The room itself was awfully small for 4 people. Also, cigarette smoke wafted up the halls to our room every morning during breakfast. I might recommend the hotel for 2 people not a family. |

Ich wurde schon sehr hilfsbereit an der Rezeption empfangen. Man bot mir an stets zu meinen Diensten zu sein und mir bei allem was ich benötige zu helfen. Alles war nie ein Problem.....echt super!!! Der Frühstücksraum war etwas dunkel |

Der Hotelier war sehr hilfsbereit, auch um einen sicheren Parkoplatz zu finden. Er sprach gut Deutsch. Die allgemeine Atmospäre war freundlich. Die Lage war angenehm zentral. |

Está al lado del centro, la habitación muy confortable y el desayuno abundante y variado. Buena relación calidad- precio. El personal no te informa apenas de nada, tuvimos que buscar nosotros mismos un buen restaurante, porque no se esforzaron mucho en explicarnoslo. Pero en general bastante amables. |

Redan vid dörren blev vi varmt mottagna av personalen. På Kandilj känns atmosfären varm och hjälpsam. Allt man behöver finns där. Kan rekommendera hotel Kandilj till unga som äldre med familj och barn. |

Hotel muy tipico, muy bonito, muy acojedor, de estilo Bosnio. El personal es muy agradable y siempre dispuesto asolucionar cualquier necesidad (organizar transporte, en mi caso). Te invitan al cafe (es un detalle!!) No hay restaurante. Si quieres comer, te lo encargan todo y te lo traen. Al final no es realmente un problema. |

L'hôtel est très bien situé près des sites intéressants. Il est également très calme le confort des lits est excellents. Non, l'accueil est sympathique. Le personnel se donne de la peine pour vous informer et vous aider pendant le séjour. |
