Altijd erg verzorgd, goede bediening, eten is ook prima. Temperatuur blijft lastig, het is er veelal te warm in het hotel zelf.

- Duschhalterung bei leichter Berührung aus der Wand gefallen - starke Gebrauchsspuren - nicht alt, dennoch renovierungsbedürftig - Klimaanlage defekt! - gutes Frühstück mit lokalen, selbst hergestellten Speisen

Very friendly and helpful staff, despite limited knowledge of English. Nice location and facilities, including indoor swimming pools (empty during mornings but rather crowded in the afternoons) and spa grounds around the hotel. Presentation and selection of food for breakfast could be improved (almost no fruits and vegetables). No complimentary bathrobes in the room that should be a standard in a four star spa hotel. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. No safe in the room. Only wired internet in the room. Still one of the best hotels in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
