The hotel and rooms are very new and modern. Unexpected after walking through the city to the hotel from the bus station, which is a good 20 mins walk. The electricity went out the morning we checked out so there was no way to charge our phones and music players for our long bus ride. In addition, there was no coffee or tea during breakfast since the machines had no electricity, and given all this, we were still charged the bottled water! Furthermore, the hotel suggests going to their hotel restaurant in the city center since it offers you 10% off of the food of the meal. We went to the restaurant, were told what we would eat without being offered a menu and ate a meal that was completely ripped off. The littlest things were charged, from the bread (expected...) to the potatoes that came with the entree which we did not want in the first place. Overall, just felt like the hotel was trying to charge you with anything they could.

This is a great hotel set just outside the "tourist square" which offers welcomed relief from the pushing and shoving you will experience in the old town area. The hotel is incredible value for mOney, exceptionally clean and the rooms are equipped with modern facilities. The best part of my stay was the shower (three variations of how you want the water to come) and the staff who will go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. No complaints! I am one very happy customer.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The location was ideal, the surroundings picturesque. The pillows were absolutely awful- really big like couch cushions, but hard and lumpy - not even useable. The mattress wasn't great either, but it would have been fine if I'd had a decent pillow. Didn't sleep well because of this. The breakfast was not great but okay- but they did have fresh bread and good coffee.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is so close to downtown and is around 100 - 150 meters to stari most (old bridge). The hotel is so clean, and air conditioned. Ajla, the receptionist is so nice, heartly, friendly person. The breakfest is wonderful. Everything is perfect.....

The receptionast lady at the hotel named Sanala was so helpfull and also was very kind during our stay. The location, the cömfort and the cleaness of the hotel were so well. Breakfast is also great. Actually you get more than you what you pay. If I go again I definitely stay in this place. Thanks for the reel feedbacks of tripadvisors The only drawback is no lift.

Hotel Kriva Cuprija 2 is an excellent place located just few minutes walking by the Old Town and Stari Most. Everything is excellent, but the best feature of the hotel is the staff. Amina and the other girl at the reception have been so kindly and so friendly with us and, though it was my first time in Bosna I Hercegovina, they made me feel to be at home.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Don't go to the restaurant (the one at Kriva Cuprija 1) - it's a ripoff! They increase portions without asking and bring bread that is not ordered: both for money, of course. We couldn't eat all the food they brought and paid more than double the amount we expected based on menu prices.

The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is not good enough. There is too much noise coming from the road during the night. If you request a baby coat, they do not have a good one, they just provide a coat without bad :)

Amina in the reception gave us a very warm welcome. In a personal note I give her 12 points from Denmark. Douze points de Danemark. The hotel is very central located. The rooms are very clean and very inviting. You'll definitely have a good nights sleep in here. WiFi was not working on 2nd and 3rd floor. Theres is a internet cable in all rooms but that doesn't fit to your iPhone...
