Hotel Kriva Cuprija 2

This new little hotel is a gem of service, hospitality and comfort with a fantastic location. It was an absolute delight to have our first stay in Bosnia here. It's modern, with a designer look to it, spotlessly clean and the staff here and at the sister hotel/restaurant were perhaps the loveliest most welcoming people I have found anywhere. Our room was spacious in designer colours and quality, free internet, ample heating and air/con, a beautiful bathroom and hydro massage shower. Sat. TV and channels in all major languages. The bed was comfortable with lovely linens and bigger and nicer than the photos show. Breakfast was fresh continental style. The location perfect, next to Old Town and near the bridge. We loved it! Fantastic value!

It wasn't a problem but the only small unusual thing was that we received four identical towels in the bathroom to use as floor towel, bath towel and hand towel and they are what a westerner would call large hand towels . They are probably an excellent environmentally-conscious choice and were quite adequate for drying oneself. I thought perhaps it was Bosnian-style but other places we stayed had regular bath towels.

The romms are new and wery nicely and the receptionistin are very kindey.

Problem with parking.

Brand-new hotel with spotless facilities--wireless internet access, near public parking, satellite TV, air-con and well-located just outside the old town. Just a very brief walk to see the Old Bridge and visit Old Mostar. The staff couldn't be friendlier and more helpful, especially Amina--tireless, efficient and always smiling.

Truthfully, I could not think of a single thing I didn't like.

Reception staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and informative. My room on the 3rd floor had a magnificent view overlooking the old town. Great location, and very convenient to all the interesting parts of Mostar.

Breakfast could have offered more variety.

nice jacuzzi but water too cold for the evening, probably ok for the hot afternoons.

The hotel was located in the middle of the old town and had a lovely view over the river. The room was comfortable and we had access to the two hotel jacuzzis. The personnel was very nice and had great English skills. Great value for money!!

The hotel does not accept credit cards. The surroundings can be rather noisy.

It's a nice new little hotel not far from the old bridge. The train station is about 2 km. The hotel is reachable by bus.The desk staff were more than welcoming and helpful. We can recommend this hotel to everybody.

The hotel has a little jacuzzi. In tha same afternoon a man and after two babies used it, the water was not clean but nobody changed it so I did not use jacuzzi.

The receptionist girl way amazing, very nice. The rooms are extremely nicely furnitured, and clean. I suggest it to everyone.

Pas de parking ! Se garer dans la rue ne permet pas d'être très rassuré !
